Management is clearly absent or indifferent--issues go unresolved, and there's no sense of accountability. As for the selection, it's shockingly poor. The shelves are either half-empty or stocked with low-quality products that most other dispensaries wouldn't bother carrying. There's no effort to offer variety or stay current with what's actually in demand. Frankly, this place is doing the industry a disservice. My suggestion? Close your doors for good and stop wasting people's time. There are far better-run shops out there that actually respect their customers and know what they're doing

Each visit, he makes personal comments toward me that feel flirtatious and inappropriate for a professional setting. I come in as a customer expecting a respectful, business-focused interaction, but instead I am subjected to remarks that feel like he is hitting on me rather than helping me. It creates an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. In previous conversations, he has made deeply inappropriate comments about his personal relationships that should never be discussed with a customer. Being placed in that position felt awkward and intrusive. As a customer, I should not have to navigate someone's personal boundaries while simply trying to make a purchase. The overall behavior feels volatile and crosses professional lines. Employees working directly with the public should maintain respectful, appropriate conduct at all times. I hope management takes this seriously so other customers do not feel the same discomfort I have experienced.
