After 4 + years they now refuse to work on the chair because I have "modified" the wiring. I reconnected wires their technician broke during a previous repair. They were notified of the broken wires but have failed to acquire the correct wiring harness to repair the damage. They now refuse to replace the batteries until I put the chair back to 'factory condition'. I filed a complaint with the BBB. their VP in charge of "customer satisfaction" called and informed me that he had responded to my BBB complaint (i still have not been notified by BBB that he responded), and told me that he had talked to his technicians and everything was totally MY FAULT. The technicians at the company have lied to him and he, in turn has lied and insulted me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I've called multiple times relaying the info from my insurance that they need to re-bill under the correct NPI. They billed incorrectly and I was charged out of network service. I spoke with several different customer reps who promise this is their busy time and it would be escalated. I called 8 days ago and the rep told me they were waiting for my insurance to get back with them. When I asked what could possibly take so long they said there are long wait times and I could call myself. I replied I have called and got the information for you and your correct NPI and asked if we could do a 3 way. He reported no I could call on my own. After he told me he had to speak with upper management and he put me on hold. Then I asked to speak to upper management and he stated they weren't in office yet and I could leave a voicemail.
