There can be a long wait but it's worth it. $12 if you use your debit card. Located in the same shopping area as the Kroger. I don't care, don't ever go here! I got my lashes done not even 4 days ago and they ended up irritating my eyes so badly that I took them out because I couldn't stand the irritation, now I barely even have lashes ! I couldn't sleep because of the irritation from the hard glue! The glue gets so hard it feels as if it's super glue! They don't do individual lashes, they literally clump the lashes up , dip in glue and glue onto your real lashes! I couldn't brush through them to clean them properly so I was so grossed out that maybe I would get lash mites or maybe even a stye from the clumped up glue!!! DO NOT DO IT! My eyes were literally watering when she finished doing my lashes and she said it was normal So annoying! They charged so much for this. I am all about supporting local businesses but this is absolutely ridiculous. :( the lady also ended up rushing my lashes too because someone else came into the shop requesting for her specifically so she hurried up to finish mine . This place does amazing threading but that's where it stops. Don't get any lashes from here and beware of the tinting. I think the lash glue is super glue. When it dries it becomes hard as a rock and irritates the eyes. All of the lashes stick together and you can not brush through them at all. When you touch them, they hurt. Honestly the worst last experience ever and they pulled out my real lashes. They also tint brows to boxy and dark. There's on ombré at the front at all. I would only recommend you get your brows treaded here. read more

They claim to be able to replicate designs but that is not the truth. They do mediocre work and when called out they will argue about a refund. I was very disappointed in this service and the way they treat their customers. read more

she spent 5 minutes drawing on my hand and did a horrible job. she charged me an extra $5 ($15 total). she told my hand looked exactly like the photo which it doesn't. she finally gave me my full refund after i came back to the store. she pretended to be a regular counter worker so she wouldn't give me a refund. poor customer service, poor design skills, and accusing me of lying. read more

I love the way they left my brows! I found out about this place on here so I decided to give it a try about 2 days ago because the reviews seemed good & the place I usually go to is a long drive & the drive here is closer for me. It's very nice inside & she has a good amount of seating for when it gets busy. I did have to wait for about 30-40 minutes but the wait was definitely worth it! And the price for threading was only $8! Y'all should definitely try it! read more

I love how she does my eyebrows! She started inside Joevs. When she left, I followed her to the new place inside a salon next to Bonfire. She now finally has her own place. The only downside is depending on when you go you might have to wait. I'm hoping she will get some help as her business continues to grow. read more

On Monday, Nosha is there. She did my brows and created a really nice shape. She's not very talkative but she did a good job. I would've given it 5 stars the first time I went because she cleaned my brows up nicely. I decided to wait to give a review until I had at least visited 2 more times, and I'm glad I did. I called to schedule an appointment for a facial but since it was Saturday, she said she doesn't take appointments I could walk in. That's typical and understandable. When I got there, there were only a few eyebrows clients, then she was ready for me. As she took a mini break while she set up, she was on her cell phone. I am not sure who he was to her but the conversation was on speakerphone and lasted at least 5 minutes into my facial appointment. It was unprofessional, distracting, and disrespectful. I told her that it was distracting and if she could hang up. She hung up and apologized. I had to ask what products she was using, how much it was, and what she was going to do, because she did not explain anything to me. She was so busy on the phone that she just took me in the room, told me to lay on the table, and started on my face. Once she started, it seemed she had forgotten a few things. I am not sure what was going on because my eyes were closed, but she kept running back and forth in and out of the room. It sounded as if she was not set up properly. Another thing that disturbed me was the fact that it sounded like she had a bowl of water and kept using the same water to wipe different products off my face. After she put the mask on, she left out. I think some clients came in at that time. She returned to finish up my facial, when all of a sudden I hear a thump and crying. The clients child had fallen. She left out of the room to see if everything was okay and came back in the room for the last touches. My face felt clean and soft, however she did not do extracting as I have had in the past at other places. She was too consumed with her phone call and not properly set up. This place is new and has a lot of potential. I would like to see her get at least one assistant to man the front as she works on clients in the back. I would also like to see her add more of a relaxing ambiance to the room where she's doing facials and waxed. Maybe some dimmer lights, soft music, candles, and a pleasant oil diffuser. As far as the waiting room, a small tv or a table with magazines. When it comes to customer service, it would be nice that she explains her products and the process. It would also be helpful that she is properly set up and prepared for the service she's about to give. Running in and out of the room while your client is not able to see, is not appealing. read more

When I first started going here kopila was very good but today, I got the worst experience with eyebrow tint nothing like the first time!! She got brow tint on my cheek and forehead when wiping it off and she was being very rough, the first that I did them when taking off the tint she did not scrub that rough. I am very disappointed I won't come back here again. read more
