This place is far the worst nail spa I have ever encountered. The staff and owner is rude. They laugh and talk too loud; so don't expect to relax. The work is horrible. When they don't want to do your nails they are very rough with filing. I complained on one of the ladies to the owner and she appeared helpful. But then I got the lip area waxed and she pulled the wax paper off my lip so hard it pulled off a layer of my skin. I will never go back to this place. Nothing is sanitized just as the other reviews had stated and you can get Hepatitis C from their dirty equipment. They have the nerve to say they had a price increase and still begs for a tip. No tipping; I had to purchase antibiotic cream with the tip money I was going to give. read more

I really wanted it to work because I just moved right around the corner but I doubt I'll ever come back. I called at 3:36pm to see what was the wait time and they said they had none. I got there at 3:43pm and they had vacant seats and one person waiting. I figured a couple of minutes wouldn't hurt. BEWARE they reuse the nail polish remover! When I got there I sat down and she poured the remover into 2 small silver cups. I sat there for about 10 minutes or less and she took my hands out and went through the whole thing. I hardly get my nails done because of working as a healthcare provider. I come here maybe 1 every 3 months.. when I come I try to AVOID the owner as my nail tech but she's always here and most of the time free at the early times that I come in. Although she works fast and does okay work. Her attitude always makes me second guess if I should return. Amy is great and one other lady is also great I can't think of her name for the life of me tho. I'm really picky with my nails so for me to rate this high says a lot. Amy was my tech and she did an amazing job on my nails! I got the pink and white French, almond shape and I absolutely love them! My pedicure could've been better but that was done by someone else not Amy. My first and last time going here. I went to get a pedicure and my nails done. I was getting my pedicure done first then a lady came to do my nails, so 2 people working with me at once which was so stressful I wanted to relax but I constantly had to be moving my hands and feet, I don't know why the nail lady didn't wait till they finished with my pedicure. And to make things worse I asked for square shape, the acrylic was so thick and the shape of my nails disappointed me.
