Must see review!!! Flithy, unprofessional, rude, and dirty! The place is old, their products are dried up, and they have stains on the towels!  They don't use sanitized and sealed  instruments. Their work stations have build up of germs, grime, dirt, fungus and used products. I got gels nails there. The tech swore she was the best and my gel would not lift and last 2 weeks as long as I didn't use harsh cleaning products and wear gloves with cooking?!? The gel lifted day 1. By day 2, it was worse. I told the man at the front desk that the gel is lifting after 1 day, and I would like them to correct the problem, or refund my money. Jennifer Thurong  license # FS866299 chimed in while she was doing someone else's nails, and said she would replace it with gel and nothing else. I told her the products she used is inferior and not working. Why would I want the same product thats obviously not working. I asked if she could do dip nails or acrylic as an alternative. She refused.  She began to yell "no refund for you" at me infront of her customer she was working on. She raised her hand, took her mask off yelling and spitting at me, waving her arms, and told me to call the cops on her. She was more upset than me, lol. If you want to get a fungus from flith, possible COVID from the manager yelling and spitting at you, and no accountability to rectify a problem they created, then go to Lovely Nails! read more

Jennifer did an amazing job with my gel manicure, even with my extremely short nails. Thanks to her and a different nail tech (wish I had gotten her name!) who did my equally great second manicure I haven't bitten my nails for over a month and they are growing! My gel lasted 3 weeks and could have lasted longer if my nails had not grown so much. My regular polish pedicure was also amazing and no chips a month later. Add in the fact they are open on Sunday and I can say I have certainly found my new favorite nail salon. read more

this place is horrible...they cut my toe wit's the drill ..it was bleeding and stinging and she waited a few minutes and started drilling again ..are u stupid or what ...I said stop it that hurts smh...then I asked the next person doing my nails to cut them all the way down and file them even ..he cut them down and filed them uneven...when I asked him to fix them he threw the board at me and told me to do it myself don't even bother coming here the customer service SUCKS! read more

This place is right around the corner, so while it's not your fanciest nail salon, I always enjoy seeing the same friendly faces. They always ask how my daughter's doing by name, greet me promptly, and I almost never have to wait. The place is clean, gives a great mani/pedi, and is fairly priced. read more

This place is dirty. The older woman doing my pedicure used old and clearly dirty things to do my pedicure and then proceeded to make comments about my feet and the skin she had removed using an old used scrapper. She also messed up painting my nails and got upset when I asked if she could fix it. My mom also needed her pedicure fixed and she gave my mom attitude as well. We paid her and both left in happy and with a ugly paint job. We love to get our feet done but this place was a BIG mistake. read more

I did not have an appointment. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and received the Service I came in for. The staff is very friendly, the place itself is really nice it's updated and nicely decorated. Room temperature was great; not too cold not too hot . They have a full staff, which is why probably there isn't a long wait. Price is also reasonable. I will definitely come back. read more

I went to lovely nails and was over charged, I only got a full with gel polish and a 25$ basic pedicure and was charged $75. They told me 5 dollars more because my nails long 5$ more to take polish off before my pedicure 5$ each nail that needed a repair. Awful service never going back. read more

If I could leave negative stars then I would. Came in for a pedicure and to clean up my eyebrows. Pedicure first Water was cold, when it came to the package deal she didn't even do all the steps listed, my toe nails are shaped unevenly and she didn't even attempt to take out the nail bits stabbing the corners of my toes (ingrown) she dug at them and then left them, so now they are even more uncomfortable than before. I tries remaining clam and not being a brat, but really? I definitely wouldn't recommend this place and I won't be coming back. As for my eyebrows, if she could do my toes right, the least I can do is save my eyebrows. read more

New to area, First and last visit. It was Sunday and needed a mani/pedi in a pinch. No problem getting an appointment, took me as soon as I walked in and were friendly. Kept asking if I were enjoying pedi and then ouch, you cut me. It took 3-4 days before cut heeled and I kept disinfecting so I don't get an infection. read more

Went in to try to find a place that does the dip manicure correct told them I do not want the gel polish or to be put under the uv light And the nail tech said oh it's ok only a minute under the light and I realized she was hiding the bottle from me so I couldn't see that it was the gel! My nails cracked in less than two days! Tried to call the salon to get this fixed and no answer. Do not recommend this place. Also if you are the owner I'll delete this bad review if you make my nails and my daughters right. read more

We've been to this salon before and had been pleased with the service. The first time we make an appointment and we wait over an hour for service. When I ask about who makes the appointments and why we waited I get blank looks and when I ask again I get someone forgot. I said that would have been nice to know when we walked in. I highly recommend going here. Clean and friendly service. They took their time on my nails. I stopped in on a walk in basis. I had just left another nail salon who had kept skipping me. After over 30 minutes of waiting, I left and am glad I did! I drove from Sun City to Big Bend road and found this little gem of a nail salon. The moment I walked in, they walked me straight to the pedicure chairs. I loved it! They gave me choices on my service while bringing out sterile pre-packaged tools. I went in for a pedicure and they used a drill to take of my gel polish, even when they got down to the actual nail. I already mentioned I had thin nails. I liked the way my toes looked but I didn't get lotion or a full foot/leg rub at the end. (Which that's why everyone loves pedicures) so when I said something, he got the lotion and squeezed it on my legs but I had to rub it in MYSELF during my pedicure??? Not to mention the price of my gel polish was $20 when the pedicure was $20. I've never payed that much for gel. I still tipped 20% because I was in the service industry but I definitely feel robbed. They will make unathorized charges to your credit card. My bill I signed for was $50.00 plus a $10.00 tip. They charged my credit card $80.00. When I called about it, I was told by Jennifer that she forgot to charge me for something and that she just added it to my card. Clearly they have no regard for what is legal and illegal. Had a bad experience with a young male nail tech who didn't speak English and would not listen to coworkers about what my daughter in law was trying to tell him. He was too rough and made her toe bleed and didn't get it that she is pregnant and her feet were swollen then argued about her payment. Very unprofessional. I had a girl who was awesome but they are not super sanitary there. I am worried now that it might have been a mistake to go there. read more
