I've been to several nail places, and most are crazy, hectic, and loud environments. While this place might not look the newest among the others, our nail techs took their time, and we liked our pedicures. Just tell them regular polish if you don't want gel. :) I would return to this nail shop again. I've been going here about one year- needed a new place. Ashley usually does my gel nails and toes. She takes her time and I am picky about my cuticles and a smooth polish. She does a great job! A great foot massage too. She doesn't work on Saturdays I believe... but Ivy is outstanding too. They are closed on Sundays. Highly recommend. read more

I tried this nail place for the first time recently. I was getting discouraged by the negative reviews on Yelp so wasn't sure what to expect. But I needed a manicure fast. This place had no wait and was open late on a Saturday (until 7PM), so it worked out for me. I only had time for a manicure and no pedicure but so far my experience was good. I didn't have to wait at all. I had gel polish on my hands, which they removed quickly and then I got the regular manicure. See photo below. It turned out great and the only thing I didn't like was that while removing my cuticles, the nail tech ended up cutting me a little (like a small nick), so I was bleeding. This usually happens when they focus too much or work too fast on the cuticles. So I told her not to work on my cuticles too much. It was not a major cut or anything but still it hurts. I just wish that these nail places were more careful with that stuff. Other than that, the nails look really nice and I don't mind trying them next time for a pedicure and seeing how good their pedicures are! As for the price, it was $30 for the manicure. The location at PCB Pkwy & Nautilus is great! I love this place. They take their time do a thorough and good job. Highly recommend for a really good pedicure Do Not go to the location at PCB Pkwy & Richard Jackson Blvd in the strip with Publix. I've given that location two tries and am very unhappy with both, separate occasions - once for a pedi & once for a manicure. The polish on each was like a child did the painting. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! $75 (before tip) for stubby trash nails, also left skin all around my daughters nails didn't even clean them up, I have been coming here literally since before my daughter was born, I called up to see if I could send her in so they could clean up the cuticle and he said that he wanted to charge me another $20 to cut pieces of skin off her cuticle that they left! absolutely ridiculous! then told me that I couldn't go anywhere and pay $35 for nails, which is a lie because I just did not too long ago! not even the right shape and they so thick! Also owner smokes his vape in the salon like a chimney, and and sleeps on the sitting area with his feet all on the couch! GROSS! read more

The lady owner was nice at first. I question if the two NEW nail techs are really certified by the state because they were training them to do nails and feet. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and she definitely didn't know what she was doing and I had to go back with chipped gel polish. I paid $75 to get my toes and nails done. I went back to get the two nails fixed that chipped within one day. The owner witch lady was angry with me and said it was because of the beach and the sand. I had not even been out to the beach at that point. I was in my room when they chipped. She was not pleasant to deal with. Don't go their $55 price is deceiving. They find ways to charge you more and your nails won't last, not even with gel polish. read more

My last manicure, getting S and S was terrible. They started popping off after two days. I brought my visiting relative with me, also for S and S manicure. Hers started falling off the same day. They indicated it was due to a bad product. I will be looking for a new nail salon. read more

Went to get a pedicure here and he girl working on my seemed like she could care less and put barley any effort into the scrub or massage and then they made me wait 30 minutes after the first part to do the actual painting of my nails while working on other customers and my big toes did not look alike I'm not coming back here and would not recommend. read more

tried to overcharge me because i decided not get eveything that I came in for due to not getting the kind of service and then said it was the same all over the city, but he didn't know that I had just left another place (the wait was too long, but I priced everything before I left) and it was significantly less. Sat me with a girl who couldn't understand basic questions such as: Do I need a fill on my toe (I have an acrylic overlay on my big toe). Since we were literally on our way out of town I decided to grin and bare it even though I wanted to run screaming out of the shop. One more thing. 3 weeks later when I went to get a pedicure at my regular place the acrylic that had been applied came off super easily. Really they deserve 0 stars. My class ring was stolen here. They were very angry when I asked to look for it. They were very defensive. Which is very suspicious. I looked around where I KNOW I left it. They then claimed I never had it in the first place, when I was there. The ring only really has sentimental value it would be impossible to pawn off for much money. Im never going here again. Very disappointed with my visit. I was going in for a relaxing treat but left not feeling relaxed or appreciated for coming in. The lady doing my pedicure seemed to be upset and didn't greet me or say anything. I was a little taken back because normally they are pretty nice. Not today. She proceeded to speed through my pedicure like I was a bother. One thing I do not like is when I don't get the treatment that I pay for. As I put a foot up to have it worked on, she proceeded to shove my foot down and I did not appreciate that. Long story short, I probably will just find another nail salon. I've been to this location three times while staying in the area for the last few months. There is a man who is always upbeat and happy, greeting customers and keeping things going. The women seem MISERABLE, and it shows. I've had the same girl the three times I've been there, and I couldn't even tell you her name because she never bothered to give it to me. She did not speak one word to me the entire time I was there, all three visits. I would not go back to this place if it were the last nail place in Panama City. Customer service is what keeps people coming in, unfortunately these people don't know much about it. read more

I showed up 50 mins before closing for a gel manicure and regular manicure. They started my nails right away and I was out of there 10 mins before closing. I had one lady doing my toes and one lady doing my nails at the same time. I'm mostly impressed that both my fingers and toes still look great after being on the beach for the last 6 days. read more

Go here when visiting my sister that lives in Crooked Creek. We really enjoy the massaging chairs, and the nail ladies are friendly. Also, after our pedicures, they have a wonderful Full Body Hydro Bed Massage, which is fantastic. I would buy one of these for my home, but they are big and pricey. First of all, I received a mani/pedi gift card from my girlfriend for my Birthday. Made the decision to use it with my daughter, who is 10, as a girl day out. When I asked if my 10 year old could use the pedi part and I could use the mani part, I was told that would be xtra that I would have to pay on top of the gift card. Then, my daughter toe nails are very small because she is 10, she got her toenails painted just a regular color then had white toe nail polish and asked if she could just have the very tip of her toenail painted with the white polish. Gentleman came around saw that and said "Oh, that's a french pedicure" and charged me ANOTHER 5 dollars along with the xtra charge to give my daughter the pedi. I have been to this shop three or four times , for pedis and really happy with it all. Called today for leg and brow wax. " How much for legs?" I ask. "Can't tell. It depends on how much hair." Seems fair, I thought. I have hair on my legs. After waxing, "How much?' (Good job by the way.) "$60." "What? $50?" thinking, "That's a lot". "No, $60. $10 for brow and $50 for legs "(half leg!) I paid, I even tipped ( a little) but I was shocked. Maybe those are Panama City Beach prices but in my world that is hella expensive. Good job, but i wouldn't pay that much again. My bad though.
