First visit I had Reina as my nail tech. She did great. Second visit I called and asked for Reina and lady said she was there and made my appointment. Got there and asked for Reina and was told she quit. I let the lady fill my nails in and they weren't too good but I didn't complain. After a few days they turned an ugly beige and I went back for a color change. I chose a pale pink but the lady said a brighter pink would look best. I agreed and my nails ended up an ugly purple color. I told her I didn't like the color but she kept repeating "it look good". Needless to say I will not return. My nails look so bad. I paid $70 for fill in with the lady and 30 more for color change. Ridiculous! read more

I guess I'm just spoiled at my salon. But I was in town from Chicago and wanted a nice relaxing pedicure. The tech did a decent job with the pedicure, but... There was only one other tech in the place handling another customer and the other end of the salon. The problem was that my tech was carrying on an extensive and loud conversation with the other tech for over 30 minutes. Nonstop. Seriously. Across the salon. Of course, I couldn't understand the conversation in a different language, which made it also a bit rude for customer (they could have been making fun of me, e.g., Seinfeld). In my usual salon, any conversation between techs is minimal, and often is translated for me. Needless to say, this was not the relaxing experience I hoped for. read more

I would not recommend this salon. I requested ombré black/red and was told one certain tech could do that so I had to wait awhile for her specifically. She was VERY kind but unable to provide what I had requested and I'm too nice to complain. I was also there for an extraordinarily long time for her to do my nails and redo them and I just didn't feel like I had a true option to express how I felt about them without hurting feelings and I'm just very non confrontational so I struggle anytime my expectations are not met. But I truly feel I should've just been told "I'm sorry we cannot do ombré" and been given the opportunity to find another nail salon - which I ended up doing anyway. There was also a middle aged man making inappropriate jokes while I was there and I laughed, because that's my nonconfrontational MO, but I felt very uncomfortable. In response to the owner's accusatory comment about my "table" - the photo of my nails (not the photo of what I requested) was taken at my place not at the nail salon. Also there was no front desk to speak to and it was too uncomfortable to alert the nail tech as she seemed very pleased with her work - enough so to charge me $55. So I wish there had been a "front desk" to speak to but there wasn't. read more

Would NOT recommend this nail salon, I'd go across the street to lees nails and get your moneys worth. My daughter wanted to get her nails painted at salon for the first time and i paid $18 for both her nails and toes to be painted and the lady did only 1 see through coat and dried them and done and next day the nail polish was completely off. I went in and got dip nails today. I was surprised as I was in and out the door within 25 minutes. She didn't look at my cuticles to see if they needed some TLC. She was haphazard in how she painted the top coat- I could feel it on my skin. And now, it has been approximately 6 hours and the first nail has chipped. Overall, completely unhappy with the job and frustrated that it was $45 + tipand didn't last a day. I'm a local and won't be going back. read more

She was rough handed with the drill for one, i had to tell her multiple times that some nails were crooked. What an amazing experience! We came in for two pedis and a mani. They were full but they managed to squeeze us in and brought someone out to help us: no waits, no complaints. Thier English is not great and in the end we lost the argument based on not good English and understanding. The $35 sandy toes pedicure includes the same thing but also a sugar scrub, brief massage, and callous removal with a cheese grater. I went here because I just moved to the area less than 2 weeks ago. I had been living in Germany and my nails have been taken care of via an excellent nail tech there. So, I needed a fill in for my acrylics. Walking into the place, it was crowded (around 4:30pm). They asked what I needed and I told them an acrylic fill. I was told a 30 min wait. Maybe 10 mins later, I was seated. It wasn't the cleanest or most organized space. The lady who did my nails was nice. I am not happy with them though. I even asked her multiple times "acrylic fill in, white tips, right?" Well, I paid $52 for this (inc. tip). I received a "fill" and a gel. This is not what I am used to and I feel it won't last long at all. Disappointed. Clarified what I asked for after paying - still couldn't get a better response. Needed a pedi as well but didn't want to spend any additional money here. Wont be back. read more

I have been having my nails done since I was 12. Only 3 times have I run across true nail artists. 'O' at Cosmo is a true artists. He gave me exactly what I asked for. That is unusual but greatly appreciated. This design may not be your cup of tea but I got the hena tattoo this week with my little girl. I smudged it while it was still wet!
