She cut all the length of my nails off, which could be my fault or a language barrier as I wanted "short but still pretty" nails being mom to a baby and ended up with no nails. I would've liked for her to just take some and ask before taking all the length of my nails off. Recommend and will return in the future.

I said yes I do have the right in fact that's why it must be publicly displayed, I left. This was my first and last time to visit this shop. The only reason why I had come was because my usual nail shop had an 80. I was able to take a picture and enlarge it to be able to read reasons for the score. They were polite and courteous but I declined my requested mani pedi. The marks were for not buying clean mani pedi utensils. This is nasty and could seriously harm people. The towels used for the leg wraps appeared visibly stained, and the tools looked as though they may have been used on multiple clients before being properly cleaned. It left me feeling uncomfortable and like I needed to shower afterward. I received the deluxe pedicure, which was listed in the menu at $45.
