I wasn't going to leave a review, even after one nail cracked and broke off THE NEXT MORNING. I asked the guy twice to soak off the gel polish on my toes, he doesn't. After he finished my gel French tip he asked if I liked it, the white was too thick on 2 toes but he said that he couldn't take fix it unless he took everything off, I let that go. I called in and made an appointment FYI, for gel pedicure & dip medi, the lady took the appointment. When he finished my toes he didn't even know that I was supposed to get a pedicure. I kept in mind that it was close to closing for them, but I got there at 4:30. During my pedicure he proceeds to saw off all the skin surrounding my nails and when I said the color I picked(which looked like a clear nude color) looked a more orange then nude, he said when I finish and put the clear coat on it won't look like that. Long story short, it still looks orange/peach, the color has grown on me. But very next day(today) 1 nail chips, then I do a little cleaning and 3 more nails chip. He only did 2 coats of the dip and then filed off more. Im new to Prattville a door thought this would be the place to get my nails done, I like that they do actual nail art, but clearly the man there DOES NOT. I've had dip powder nails before, filed very thin, I am a k9 handler for the prisons, only ONCE have I had ONE nail chip during work with dogs and/or searching inside the prison, which requires a lot of vigorous hand activity. Idk if the lady working there is good, but the guy could use some more training. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. The last that did my nails was so rude. I asked her to leave the shape alone because I have coffin on my natural nail and I wanted to grow them out to change it to square. She then filed 3 of my nails down so low she had to put a tip on them to get them to match the rest. she rushed the whole thing & when I was pointing out things asking if she could fix them she got frustrated and asked someone else to do my nails. I went on a recommendation from my hair stylist, and was happy with the experience. The place is clean. The people are friendly. Pricing is average. I paid around $60-$70 for a manicure, 2nd tier pedicure and eyebrow wax. A male did my pedicure and he did wonderfully! He had friendly conversation and took his time on everything. I was happy with the results and the regular polish seems to be lasting so far without any chips. The lady that did my manicure and eyebrows also did a great job, but she was very fast. She cut all the length of my nails off, which could be my fault or a language barrier as I wanted "short but still pretty" nails being mom to a baby and ended up with no nails. I would've liked for her to just take some and ask before taking all the length of my nails off. Recommend and will return in the future. read more

I entered this establishment and was elated at first that no other customers were there. I was able to go directly to the chair for a manicure and pedicure . There were only two (2) people working, an older female and a male. As soon as another customer entered, the male worker paused my manicure and approached the woman who came in afterwards. He even offered her something to drink before he began her pedicure. The older woman may have been doing her best work, but this was literally the WORST pedicure I have ever paid for. I requested to speak with the Manager and the male worker stated that he was out of town on a trip. He told me that he would "fix it" later (implying that I would have to wait until he finished serving the customer who came in after me). I declined and told him to let me pay so that I could leave. He continued working initially until I made it clear that I was not willing to wait since I had already wasted my time. There's times when you just have to get out and have a girls day, and thats what we did! We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon around 4 pm. We got lucky because it wasn't very busy at all. My two friends and I all got pedicures and one got a fill too. The prices menu looked like a pedicure could range anywhere from $27-$60+ and if you want gel polish on your toes you can add $20 to the service price. I didn't really get a good look at the nail prices. I received the $40 pedicure which included a mud mask, a wax soak, massage, and nail painting. The spa was spotless and clean. The service was very friendly too, which is always a plus. They did a great job on all of our services. While receiving my services I noticed that they have the kids spa chairs too to have "mommy and me" pedicures, I think that is adorable! My complaint is that I wish they had more regular polish colors to choose from. I don't often get mani/pedis, but when I do I always use the same salon. Unfortunately, my go-to salon was closed for the 4th of July. I dropped by Beauty Nails and Spa and they were open! I did a mani/pedi with gel for my toes and powder dip for my nails, both new experiences as well as I've only ever had gel done on my nails in the past. They were busy since they were the only salon open in town for the holiday. I was in no hurry, so wait time was not a factor. When it was my turn the technician took her time and was very polite and friendly. I've been to businesses that often tend to rush service and who lose their pleasantries when they become busy, but this salon and the technician that served me did a phenomenal job making sure each client was taken care of and provided the proper relaxed and thorough treatment they requested. I'm very happy with both my mani/pedi and the choices of gel and powder I chose. Since I don't often have my nails done I don't have pricing to compare to, but since I'm traveling out of the country for a wedding I didn't mind pampering myself. The total before tip was $110. I didn't choose the baseline pedi option available, but the level up. And there were two levels above that level that cost more as you increase. So, $110 for a gel level 2 pedi and a manicure with powder dip. I would definitely recommended this salon and use them in the future as this visit was very pleasant and I fill I received my money's worth. (I chose two different shades of white by two different companies; that's why there is a slight color difference. The technicians can help match the gel vs. powder colors within their different brand lines if you need, but I'm not picky and would rather have a brighter white on my toes than nails, which is why I chose the colors I did.) read more

Very rarely do I write reviews but I would be remise if I did not for this business. First off I was greeted with a very warm welcome along with a cold drink and a snack! I went in for a mani/pedi and a full set and what I got was a pedicure from David that was nothing short of a full leg and foot massage along with a detailed pedicure! Amazing young man with great customer service skills! Afterwards I was escorted over to two young ladies (sorry I didn't get their names) who suggested I try their gel nails instead of the acrylics that I went in for. The staff is friendly and the pedicure was amazing!!! However I did get a fungal infection and had to have my big toenail removed. The doctor numbs your toe for the removal, but after that wears off it is unbelievably painful. The doctor puts silver nitrate on it to cauterize the bleeding and it's black and stains your toe for weeks. It's constantly oozing and draining...very disgusting to look at. It will take about a year (give or take a few months) for my toenail to grow back "hopefully" normal. As a person who used to enjoy pedicures, I would advise you to not let them cut, shape, or trim your nails. Leave it at a massage and painting. read more

UPDATE: The owner messaged me shorty after my review and offered for me to come and they would fix my nails, even gave me a specific name to ask for. I greatly appreciated this since we are all people and mistakes do happen and admitting that one was made and offering to fix it is great customer service! So I added two more stars! ORIGINAL: I was really disappointed on the service and quality of the gel nails, especially after seeing all these great reviews. I came in as a walk in, around 3:30 and there seemed to be only one other customer who was getting a pedicure. The man asked what I had wanted, gel manicure, and told me were to sit. Everyone was really polite, but the lady doing my nails seemed like she was in a rush the whole time even though I was only the second customer there. And then even more so when an other client came in, she acted like I was a burden instead of a customer. My whole gel manicure didn't even take 15 minutes, and after getting home I still had to file my nails bc they were sharp and scraggly. To top it off, Sunday (two days after my manicure), I noticed the edges of my nails already peeling off. And today, Tuesday, one of my nails came completely off. I have never had such a bad manicure in my entire 8+ years of getting my nails done. It was extremely rushed and there was glue residue from the dip that was applied all over my cuticles. Love this place. I've been getting my nails done (dip paint) here for almost a year now. It's very clean and the staff is very friendly. The only issue I've had is that one of the manicurists (the more petite lady) ALWAYS hits the skin around my nails with the electric file. It hurts and bleeds some and then I have scabs on my fingers for days. I'm not sure if she just can't see very well or what but she doesn't seem to even notice when she does it.
