The customer service was nice. HOWEVER, they couldn't understand what GEL-X was. She gave me tips with a gel overlay. I went on Sunday. Today is Thursday and two of my nail overlays have come off. It was bad enough that I asked for a French and it was uneven anchored too thick. Additionally, the nails were misshapen. I had to try to shape them up study home. I also received a pedicure and the polish pooled at the base of the nail. I will NEVER return! read more

I was okay with this place until i got charged almost 90$ for a polish change and gel on my feet and a fill with 2 designs. I was honestly shocked on how much it came out to be. I was expecting to pay at least 60$. I asked if i could pay with 5$ cash and rest on the card and the total still wasn't correct. I honestly give these women/men credit for working in such a busy and fast paced environment. Although it was quick i wish the lady took her time with me. If i am paying almost 100$ for a fill at least take your time and not file my skin until i bleed. And the woman kept huffing and puffing as it seemed like she was frustrated. I don't really ever leave reviews unless something has really bothered me. I appreciate the work that they do I just recommend please take your time if you're doing someone's nails, and please stop ripping people off. Please give out a clear description of what I will have to owe and if there is anything extra I would've liked to know that as well. read more

Honestly it's just overpriced, just a short French tip square not even a shape would be $85 then 2 nails would pop off within the same week, they are very rough with your fingers; after getting a fill (which was $75 so I ended up leaving with a plain look no design) I left with some of the fingers raw and bleeding. Not all the techs give bad service, I'd say a few of them will actually leave you satisfied. read more

Everybody has a nasty attitude, even the receptionist. 2 people was allowed in front of me and i even had an appointment of the same exact service. Here it is 30 minutes later and the Lady tells me just pick a color it's 4 different types of powder color as i was explaining to her i wanted powder and not acrylic. I have been going here for 2 and 1/2 years and every experience has been up to par until today. I got an unexperienced nail tech who cut my fingers mutual times, all my nails are uneven in length, there was a language barrier but people assisted with responses, some of the nails are fatter than others! I was in town for the weekend and decided to get my nails done. This place does not disappoint!! I wish I lived closer because I would definitely become a regular. The atmosphere is so nice. It was clear that there were regulars that come there. I walked in and they were pretty busy someone at almost every chair. For a weekend that's understandable! She matched my inspiration picture perfectly. I could hear staff talking with customers knowing them by name and knowing parts of their life! I always love a salon that has a community! In other salons I've felt super awkward and it never seemed like there were regulars. That's always a good sign. If I'm ever in town again I'll definitely be coming back. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the techs were very nice and patient with me and my 17month old daughter who did not want to be there. However, my nails look TERRIBLE. I couldn't ask for them to be fixed because my daughter needed to leave because she was starting to cause a scene but I'm so disappointed with my nails. To add to this review, I called back to ask for a refund and they wouldn't give it to me. She asked me To come back (same day) to get them fixed. I don't have time being a single parent and I don't even trust them to do a decent job "fixing" them..very upset. read more

Every time I've come here I've walked out because of the invalid wait time. Today, a Tuesday, I walked in at 1700. Little bit of a wait. That's fine. After being told it'd be just 25 mins. 15 mins go back and I get told it's going to be 45 mins and ask if I wouldn't mind coming back in at 1800. Okay...... came back in to waiting another 15 mins. For them to tell me and a few other people that it'll be another 25 mins. Just be honest about your wait times. I literally just wasted two hours. I can't even give a review on the service because your business isn't honest. This has been the 3rd time. The other two times were on a Monday and Tuesday. I would give negative stars if possible. My best friend took me here cause she loves the place and has never had issues. I was so excited to get my toes done cause it's been forever! The whole time I had told them I have very sensitive and ticklish feet. I even paid for the cheapest pedicure so it didn't have all the fancy stuff. Didn't listen and continued to do the bottom of my feet even while pulling my feet away. Well anyways fast forward to my next pedicure. I went somewhere different with my mom. The polish gets buffed and soaked off and I didn't feel a thing. Then my toe goes in the water and the worst pain. I look down at my toe and there's FUNGUS on my toe. We are now a couple weeks after that and it has now fallen off. I see people who love this place but knowing they aren't cleaning properly to where people get fungus is quite repulsive if you ask me. Ellen is EXTREMELY talented. She free handed all of my designs in great detail. She was very friendly and finished my full set in a timely manner. When I left I accidentally messed a couple of nails up and when I went back in to get them fixed she was very understanding and immediately fixed them! Well... to be frank my nails are gorgeous but my experience was horrible and I will not be going back. There are plenty more welcoming places in Hinesville like fancy nails to take my services. My friend went in before me and signed my name in while I was on my way, I showed up and I was just asking for how much longer after they gave her an hour and a half wait was left. They proceeded to tell me there was no wait and I was sat down almost immediately. My friend then came in to sit by me and you could feel the hostility in the air. We continued to question why I was sat down immediately so they then lied saying I called in that morning to make an appointment even though they knew she signed in for me. Then they continued to sit down people who were behind her and tell other people when they came in different wait times from 1 hour to the afternoon or none at all. It honestly was a horrible time and even though my nails are great I will not be posting a photo because I do not wish to support this local business. I hope they fix this issues or they will go out of business. read more

Visited today with my mom- we had pedicures and manicures. I just got the regular in both but I felt I had the Express package from Natalie. She was very nice and efficient but no massage during pedi- my favorite part! Love the nails but felt cheated. Nice shop and clean. read more

I would like to start by saying I have used this nail shop off and on for years, since Julie was the owner. I have watched many owners/staff come and go over the years and would leave/return as appropriate. I have even worked with this, current, ownership through CoVid, making appointments, patiently waiting (even when they were late for me), but at this point, I have had enough. Ellen is very short tempered and rude. She may be talented but she really should listen to herself and how she addresses and handles the people coming through the door bringing her business. read more

The place looks nice. They do somewhat of a good job. I loved that they had African American employees. They were really sweet but the other employees were really rude to them. They would talk down to them and that was something that I didn't like. They were young but I didn't feel like they needed to talk down on them. Other then that this place was really nice. My first visit here was alright slightly over priced but my second visit was terrible I came in to get a fill mind you it had only been a week and a half before my nails began lifting I had a lift on my pinky nail which I asked them to super glue down before filling the lady who was doing my nail began to ask another lady for permission to do so which causes the other lady to come over to our station to examine my pinky again I ask her to just super glue it down because I'm afraid it'll hurt if they try and take it completely off and on top of that I had a wedding to attend the very next day I just needed them done the lady who came to examine my pinky takes it upon herself to proceed to take off the pinky nail as I'm telling her not to which causes a split in my real nail my finger was throbbing and she looks at me and says "we give it break and not do today" like wtf I told u to just super glue it down it wasn't even hurting when I came in it wasn't a big deal at all instead of doing what I asked they did what they wanted anyways fast forward I need a full set because I refuse to be in a wedding with a missing pinky nail so they work over my sore pinky as we finish up I had gold flakes on my ring fingers on the prior set before me going in for a fill I wanted the set the same way so I tell her "I had gold flakes on my ring fingers" she converses with the lady again and brings back a tube of gold foil not flakes I'm telling the woman that's doing my hair "this isn't the product that was used on my nails the last time" she insist it is we had almost a 8min debate on what I knew I had already then the other lady comes and looks for the product and finds it after 5min of looking whole time I'm thinking "yea this ain't it" i never had to argue for something IM PAYING FOR in my life back to her she begins places the gold flakes on my nails but I notice she's doing it carelessly &. In a rush with no pattern or elegance at all just slapping the product all over but by the time I noticed it was too late atp I'm ready to get tf ... the other lady comes and tells me my price "35$ for fill 12$ for length 6$each design & 5$ for fix" FIX !!!!!!!!???????? Nobody asked u to take my pinky nail off miss ma'am you took it upon yourself to "fix" that and my nails are definitely not long medium length 12$ wtf she just looks at me with this blank look at this point I'll never come here again they shaping sucks service sucks and very overpriced for Hinesville nail salon they are a scam they even have ppl from they country who barely speak English working on ppls nails with no license to do so messing up ppl nails and taking their hard earned money which I could rate 0 don't come here read more
