They were fine after I left. But after I got back to my room, took a shower I noticed that my nails were rippling possibly because of the steam in the shower or something I'm not sure but they began to bubble up and the paint started peeling off. I came in today to get a pedicure and fill for tap gel, the fill was good and my nails look pretty but my pedicure was terrible. The lady doing my toes was sick and coughing the whole time, it was very unsanitary, they don't have plastic surrounding the tub for water, they used a scrub brush that had black stuff on it and it looked like it had been used plenty of times before, the message was like 2 seconds and the lady didn't even rub the lotion all the way in she just let it sit while she was painting my toes and now my legs feel sticky, let's not forget she didn't even put the lotion on my feet, I left with them dry and wrinkly. My feet aren't even wrinkly naturally so idk how she managed to do that. My toenails are also shaped weird. I'm literally never coming here again. They also charged me $130 for all of that. I could've gone somewhere else and got a cheaper price with better quality. I only put two stars because that man that did my fill did a good job. read more

Let me start off by saying I've been to MANY different nail shops in MANY different states and cities. This is by FAR THE WORST!!!! If god himself came down from the heavens and told me all my sins would be forgiven if i scheduled another appointment with fancy nails i would happily risk my chances in the fiery pits of hell. The workers look sloppy. There were kids running around the whole time, the workers were answering multiple phone calls during work, and almost every worker VAPED! Between the smoke, screams, poor attention skills.....and bugs i just can never go back again. YES ITS TRUE!. There were multiple tiny BUGS in the UV light when i was getting my nails done. They charge an extra $20 for gel which is upsetting considering the fact my polish is already chipping after 2 days! The lady who did my pedicure RUINED my toe! Im in pain Everytime i take a step. Covid is no excuse at all! I also had to stay past closing hours because the worker completely butchered my mother's dip set! The shop is raggedy and so closed in. Seems like covid originally started in fancy nail! That isn't even a nail shop! It's a building of disaster! Im from California and i ONLY go to high end nail shops. I guess this is what you can expect from hinesville. So many codes were violated. I would ask them to pay my medical bill for my infected toe but by the looks of the shop and bug infestation i know they need every penny they can get! read more

I walked in, was seated fast. I didn't know what I wanted immediately because I'm on vacation from just moving here. They gave samples to look at & they went and picked out the polish you chose from their color swatches. I wasn't asked if I wanted a design or anything which was a bit strange I guess. It's fine. The guy giving me my service was told multiple times "I don't have on extensions this is my real nails and it's gel polish" but he was so consistent on "you need a fill, your nails grew out too much" I told them I don't wear fake nails! They were so shocked once they found out I was right? Kinda concerning... anywho, I proceeded to get my nails done & told them I wanted my nails cut really short do to them growing fast & I'm not much of a long nail lover. He seemed to be concerned why I wanted to cut my nails super short, when that's exactly what I asked for. My nails did still turn out cute, didn't take long for them to complete my service. I just didn't get the vibe I was going for like my last salon. Not too sure if I'll be back, but like I said my nails didn't turn out bad... just kinda felt awkward and out of place if that makes sense. I am giving 2 stars because although my nails are pretty they definitely aren't worth what I spent! I went earlier today with my friend who got charged more than I did and she got basic French tips for her mani pedi and they charged her $130!!! I got a full acrylic set and when I asked someone how much it would cost they said $55 all together but I got charged $67. I would like to try and get a refund. The cleanliness of this salon is pretty questionable. There are no disposable barriers in the pedicure tubs, and I didn't see anyone spraying them down or wiping them in between clients. The tools aren't stored in sterile pouches either. Lots of nail dust on the manicure desks. This place seems to be highly recommended around here, which is a surprise to me. This might be the worst pedicure I've ever had. My toenails are only partially covered by the paint! I got a manicure while I was here too. My first time and last. It wasn't the best pedicure but not the worst however the business itself was one of the most unprofessional places I've been to and wouldn't recommend to anyone. Male Owner came in an and kissed every female on top of head and said hello. Most of the female staff didn't seem to enjoy this which made for an awkward kind of skeezy moment. Then the male owner walked around vaping and blowing big puffs of smoke every though h there were two children there getting nails done. The place is a bit dirty and worn out looking and they have a resident dog that wonders around the shop. So if you are allergic to dogs or just don't like them then I would advise against going. Out of about 20 ppl in the place only a small handful were wearing masks and that was mostly customers only saw two employees actually wearing them. I don't know if the employees have to supply their own utensils and supplies but the girl who did my feet used a grater on my heels that was so dull it ended up tearing my skin and she had to stop because it was hurting me, she barely had enough lotion left in the tube to give me a leg massage and the lotion she used was so perfumed that it bothered my sinus and I ended up needed to wash it off at home. Now I will say the employees were pretty friendly and the prices are low so I guess that's what keeps ppl using them. read more

I need to make my review very clear, as it isn't based on the overall service, as the lady doing my nails did a decent job, but rather the questionable cleaning done. Pros: they did a decent job on my nails. Very reasonably priced. Cons: they are way too busy, causing them to yell out to figure out who's next, which really took away from being able to relax. They have two non-service dogs inside, which violates the law and is a major health issue. (Yes, they did bark.) the lady doing my nails was visibly upset that she had to stay late, which I can understand, but it made me very uncomfortable (I got there at 3:30 for a basic pedicure, they close at 5, but management wanted to stay open till 6. I was done before 5.) They allowed a woman to add on a pedicure, even though that's not what she had written down on the sign in sheet, which caused my service to be delayed. They didn't apologize for it or anything. Overall, I was really unimpressed with how things were run there. read more

I was so excited because this had one of the highest reviews in Hinesville. The staff was amazing, so friendly and funny and made me feel welcome. They gave be the best leg massage I ever had with a pedicure. Sadly the pedicure was not so great. The gel polish was clumpy looking due to the several amounts of times they filed it off because it hadn't dried enough. the gel on my nails peeled up the same day I had it done and then when they fixed them it re peeled up a few days later. The gel on one of my toes peeled up as well and came completely off revealing it wasn't even dry underneath, this was a whole week after I had them done which makes me wonder what was wrong that made it still wet. I basically wasted $80 for a not so great turnout. So I will be sticking with LA nails from now on read more

I love coming here, the great customer service they always provide and how they always listen to your needs. I went in today Monday 3 Dec 2018, to get my brows waxed , & my lashes done. While I have been waxing my brows since I was 13, it was my first time having the semi permanent lashes applied. I walked in around 4pm and had no wait. The staff greeted me warmly and took me straight to the application room. The tech did the waxing first and there were no issues. The wax wasn't too hot, my brows were just how I wanted them, and they were even. I did do my research about the lash application, but I was still a little unsure as I had never been through it, and it's my eyes! The tech, sorry I don't remember her name, was great! Since it was my first time I didn't really know what I wanted, as in length and thickness but once I described how I wanted the finished product to look she knew what was needed. She was gentle, and took her time, without dragging the procedure out. I was NEVER worried about her being around my eyes with tweezers, lashes, and adhesive after she started. I cannot stress how amazing this experience was. It was also super affordable , the brow wax was &7 & the lashes that I got were $30.
