Booking a session was super easy here, I did it online for an appointment within 2 hours. Checking in was quick, they had me fill out a form that I'm not sure was even looked at, but I have no extra needs so this wasn't an issue. I DID, however note that I'm ticklish and my massage therapist was unaware. You leave your shoes in the lobby after signing in and are guided to the back. It was a generally good massage, she seemed to be very experienced and knowledgeable. She was just a little rough which is when I realized I probably should have requested a relaxation massage instead of deep tissue -- I usually alternate between both; sometimes relaxation is TOO soft but sometimes deep tissue is TOO hard so maybe I'm just the weirdo here. She also wanted to talk through the whole session which takes away from the relaxation factor for me. Overall I would recommend and suggest to be very communicative of your preferences before hand. Don't just rely on the sign in sheet to be read.
