Melissa and Stacey were his primary caregivers. They looked after our sweet boy with such care, showering him with love and treats while we were at work. They always sent the sweetest pictures of him and updated us with how he was doing. On two occasions BCPS looked after him while we were out of town. They accommodated our timeframe requests for the number of visits we wanted him to have, administered his medication, catered to his picky eating habits, and showered him with lots of love. BCPS always had excellent communication and put us at ease when we were on trips. When our boy passed away last year, BCPS grieved along with us and sent the sweetest sympathy card in the mail. It meant so much. When the time is right, we will adopt another dog and will absolutely work with BCPS again. They are amazing.

This was a great surprise, so we took all of our pets to the vet, and he confirmed that our pets didn't have any fleas. The problem is that she made a REALLY big deal about the fleas and said that her employees wouldn't sit for us because of the fleas. She lectured us about hard it was to get rid of fleas and that we had to bomb and do follow-up treatment. She was really weird. She first said that one of her employees found 3 fleas on him during the interview. After that, when she came back, she said she was picking fleas off of the other employee and that he told her that he wouldn't pet sit for us. She was awful and oh so strange and the message was that we were lucky to have her team as pet sitters, as though we were the lucky ones to have her, not that we were valued as a customer. Keep in mind that I worked many years as a pet sitter and never would have treated a potential customer the way this very strange team treated us. There are so many pet sitters that are great. Keep looking, please. Thank goodness, our pets don't have fleas, confirmed by our vet. That said, how annoying because she didn't like my partner she made up ugly stories, I guess assuming that we wouldn't check. Very, very weird people, and we're very glad we didn't allow them in our home with our pets when we weren't home.

She gathers our mail, takes out the trash, feeds and plays with the cats. Yes really, she plays with the cats.
