Great store lots of options but it's got some really rude workers lately during night time about 6-7pm, at points they'll just lock the doors and go on break for about an hour leave the lights on making you think it's open when the store is locked, I don't think that's very professional maybe get more than one person working? I shop at lovers quite frequently and have always had amazing experience. although, yesterday night I had went in seeking a new toy. The woman closing seemed nice at first, until she became very overbearing. Every product I had picked up, she had something negative to say about it. Followed up by "I personally", and "well I wouldn't buy this, but I'm not gonna stop you". She even bashed me for liking heated toys, she said "i don't understand how people like that sensation" after I said I was looking for a heated toy. I had to follow up with "well I like that." The worst customer service here. Came in shortly before closing to grab one thing. The lady yells from across the room to ask what we need. We told her one thing and she says "store closes in about 10 minutes" every 2 minutes after that she reminded us of the time they were closing. Finally after about 6 minutes of this we ask "you close at 9" she says "yes its 856" we informed her it was 853 and she says "we go off computer time" then tries to excuse her actions and attitude with "you dont have to leave yet" as we were walking out the door. Very disappointing, I shop at Lovers quite often... every location I have been to has been very professional and informative... with the exception of this one. The girl working was almost stalker like and continued to make offensive comments about my weight and how different things would be flattering and if they didn't fit I could always bring them back. First of all I did not give any indication that I was shopping for myself or that I was worried about how things would look on. I was shopping with my husband and he also felt very uncomfortable with the way she was talking to me. Second, it is annoying having someone follow you around and comment on every item you look at for more than 5 seconds. We did end up making a purchase but would have spent much more money had we not felt rushed and offended. We will not be back to this location. I would rather drive to the next city and go to a Lovers that has well mannered associates. read more

I love this place... On my anniversary, I wanted to pick up a few things and I was running late and it was about two minutes before closing and I called on my way there and explained that it was my anniversary and that I was about five minutes away and the lady working said don't even worry about it I'll stay open and stay here late and we will get you taken care of. I don't know of any store that would do that. She clearly went above and beyond her job description. I had an amazing anniversary which would never of happened if the lady working wouldn't have stayed late for me. I can't thank them enough. So far every Lovers package I've been to has been awesome but especially the one on Broadway in downtown Everett! It's my go to for ALL OF OUR BEDROOM NECESSITIES!!!! Thanks again LP staff! Went in here to look for adult dvds. The staff was surprisingly absent, we were barely greeted, she never asked us what we were looking for, when we asked if they had DVDs she said No! and turned her back to us. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in a lovers store. Good selection of toys and lingerie so two stars. read more
