Okay. So I recently lost about 200 pounds, I like very old-fashioned clothes, especially in what everybody now calls "tights." It is almost impossible to find lingerie in smaller sizes and nylons that are not stay-ups. I've had terrible experience with other shops flat-out lying about products. My first visit was ideal. The associate helped me find thigh-highs that weren't stay-ups and told me what to look for on the package. My second visit, not so much. I found that I had to discard garter belts because they were no longer fitting. An associate tried to help me find new ones. I have a 27-inch waist and am a size 8-10. She insisted this was "large to extra large." She thought at my "size" I might be even larger. She said the products had little give, especially not "at the size you are now." It was kind of baffling, as the woman was quite plus-sized, to put it mildly. She held up the belt, but kind of twisted the sides in. I don't know why I fell for this. I guess I thought it was China-sizing. Anyhow, the two 26 buck belt I bought barely fit. I'm going to try to shrink them in hot water, but it was a complete waste of money, and I won't be back. I do not like this place at all. I went in with my cousin to buy a sex toy as a joke to her friend and the staff was the most rude people ever. My cousin was going to take a picture of the thongs for men to send to her boyfriend and the staff member just rudely said "NO PICTURES, DON'T TAKE PICTURES AT ALL." Then she proceeded for about 5 minutes explaining all these reasons why we can't take pictures and honestly, that is so rude and unnecessary. Just simply say "I'm sorry ma'am, you cannot take pictures." Also anything I touched the staff would always say "sorry you cannot touch that, we can show you or you can look." Are you serious?!!! If you do not want people touching certain items then put it in a display case and not out with everything else. A girl had tried on an outfit and as they were putting it back, I asked if I can purchase it. It was freaking $48 and when I came to return it which let me add, I never put it on or anything; I left it in my car and decided not to even buy it. As I took it back they found dried up vaginal discharge on it. I swore to them I didn't wear it and that another girl had tried it on before me but they didn't care and said "we won't accept this and cannot refund you." I hate this place so much, go to lovers. I am lividly pissed. Bought a Lovense Lush toy from castles in Silverdale yesterday. Explained to the associates what we were looking for and what we were looking to do with said toy, informed them we wanted to connect wirelessly to the Internet. Could just have easily gone to the website manufacture and purchased the toy, but we trusted castles and the information they provided to us. Come to find out upon getting home and getting the toy set up, Castles does not include or sell at all the wireless adapter needed to make the toy work online, but sold separately the adaptor is $68 freakin dollars thru the manufacture site. Not only were we not informed that the adapter was not included, but the toy itself was over priced than the manufacturer's website. Plus because of the exclusion of this information, we are now having to pay an additional $68 for the adaptor whereas it would have been included thru a purchase at lovense.com with the toy itself. I am never shopping at castles again, I do not trust them, their toys are overpriced and their employees are either uninformed or just trying to make a sale without caring about their customers.
