Shopping in the Seattle area in Washington State... Seattle Premium Outlets is not really on the main road. I couldn't see a sign from the highway. I just trusted my GPS. I knew that Pop Mart was at this outlet. This was my main goal... to visit a Pop Mart, because it's not in Hawaii. Since we were there, we saw a Miniso and Claire's. We also went inside "anime World", another cute shop. Another reason why we wanted to visit Seattle Premium Outlets was to stretch our legs - because of the long drive from Vancouver to Seattle. We also needed a restroom. Gosh... it was far away from Pop Mart, Claire's, and Miniso... and walking in the rain made it more challenging! A lot of the same type stores; selection of quality items is poor. I had some disappointing interactions at certain stores.

We decided to go (yes unfortunately) black Friday, we had family that wanted to go. We go at least 2-3 times a year, but haven't done black Friday in a couple of years. I don't remember it that bananas, it was a madhouse. What concerned me the most, there are not a lot of access options, so when you have that kind of traffic coming in or out... it was total gridlock. There was no one assisting with traffic, it took us an hour from the highway to get parked and while we found parking on the upper deck in the back, getting out was impossible. We sat there for 45min without moving, so we decided to go back in and get coffee. I doubt this is up to any safety code or whatever, if there would have been an accident, fire, any emergency... this could have been a very bad outcome. They need to get traffic people in to move cars, add additional access points in the front and back to get more cars out if needed and the upper deck needs direct access to get out on the main road. The shops itself had good deals, which is rarely the case nowadays. I feel they had much better deals in the past, but good enough on black friday. Would I go again on BF, hell no. Never ever again! I'm doing spring and fall again and call it a day. Food court overrun, dirty and so were the bathrooms. We did this to ourselves, but the safety concern was the most pressing issue for us. read more

Our first time at the Seattle Premium Outlets and we were impressed. It is an outdoor shopping experience with plenty of parking (we arrived Saturday morning so no issue finding a space). Excellent assortment of stores from typical high end ones to others I've never seen before such as Carhartt. The Lululemon outlet was the largest we've been to. My daughter was in heaven. There is a food court with dining options as well as a smattering of others around the outlets such as an Indian food truck and a poke place. We bought a big bag of kettle popcorn for $8 at one of the kiosks and it was excellent! Lots of walking in/out the stores. If you're looking for pit stop on the way to Vancouver, I recommend hitting these outlets. read more

Definitely one of the best outlets. There are so many brand name stores here to choose from Including high end. There ample parking as well. My favorite shops include: lululemon, arteryx, Nike, prana, north face, Columbia, and more! This is an outdoor mall outlet but most of the areas are covered. The service here is great in every store! I spent the whole day here shopping with my siblings and we found a lot of great clothing items. I really like the different selections of food they have to choose from right in the strip mall area, that makes it super convenient. My only complaint is that the area can be a bit confusing there's a lot of stores all shoved together and everything looks the same so be sure to use the maps available! There were a lot of good deals we found, my favorite was my new Kanken backpack I got for $67! read more

Sales throughout the year at the stores and you can get a pretty good deal. There is a Columbia store with great sales with extra discounts added on. Someone's husband outside of North Face: "I asked her, 'why do we have to drive all the way there [probably from Canada]?' She said, 'because it's cheaper!' [voice rising several decibels] "It is NOT CHEAPER!" Nope. Nope it's not. Not sure where or how that rumor got started. Yes you can find the occasional deal here if you want to spend the time crushed amongst the humanity, scrambling for sneakers in a pile on a table. Or if you think full price plus half off on your second item is a 'deal'. We don't. Okay, it's a nice place as far as yes, loads of 'cool' brands here. Loads of exclusive brands as well. Some of them you for sure cannot get many other places. But it's just too crowded. Even on a normal day. And we came on 'National Outlet Day' - Yay! I have gotten a few things here in the past. But now it just irritates me that it's so pricey and almost no locals can afford to come here. It's elitist and all about name dropping. Two things we don't do. read more

An OK time checking the Outlet stores at this location on 6/22/25. Parking was outrageously packed as it was pretty difficult to find a parking space since it was late Sunday afternoon. There were cars going in and out everywhere and made it difficult to even cross the street from the parking lot. Then once you got to the walkway to begin your shopping journey, it was a mad house of crowds at every corner! The stores were packed like crazy! Couldn't even browse around that well since people were hovering over or walking by what you were looking at. Nobody said "Excuse me." or anything when they walked right in front of you at the door or in the aisles while you were looking at the apparel items, clothes or shoes. People just barged right through and didn't care one bit. Didn't see too many good deals, as we didn't find much in terms of sale items worth paying for at the stores here. read more

Busy busy busy for the Black Friday. I never go shopping in Black Friday as I get overwhelmed with amount of people over. My sister wanted to go and we went. Honestly the amount of people who were there was a lot for my comfort but the police and the security and every store have done amazing controlling the crowds. I loved that each store had a limit of how many people can be inside the store and they had amazing system for that. If you are a person who likes to do Black Friday or Boxing Day shopping then this is your spot. But yes plan on spending at least an hour getting into the parking lot as well another hour for leaving. Stay safe and take a jacket to stay warm in the cold days. read more

This outlet is huge and has amost every store you can think of . There are a lot of parking spaces but it gets filled up esp during weekends and holidays . Lots and lots of good brand name stores. Washrooms are easy to find and super clean. I did not try any food here at the food court but got Starbucks and the Starbucks here is huge . There were so many stores with great discounts . We spent a good few hours here . It's one of the best outlets ! read more

Not worth the 40 min drive from Seattle. Most things doesnt have a good deals, all this things I can buy online with cashback. Ended up spending a whole day and only store which had a good deal was Hugo Boss, we found jacket from 595 to 99 bucks! Thats a deal. The rest- Burberry t-shirt from 130 to 115 seriously? What a big deal lol. Boring and no good place to eat either all junk crap. Ended up with one jacket from Hugo Boss and one tommy hilfigher shirt. These outlets had everything branded that we were looking for. Clothes, apparel, luggage, jewelry, shoes and athletic wear.. Food court and outdoor alleyway food vending as well. Delicious food that appeals to all! We spent about 3 hours here and wasn't enough. Puppy and dog friendly! If it wasn't for our 3 month old toy poodle, we would have stayed much longer. I really enjoy coming here! It's got a nice ambiance, a good variety of stores, free parking, and a food court with some good options. The reason I deducted a star is that the prices aren't what I'd expect for "outlet" prices often enough, and the food court could be bigger. Note that this is an outdoor mall, so just be prepared if the weather isn't great. Other than that, I usually find this to be a very pleasant spot for some weekend shopping. read more

We decided to make a drive up to Seattle Premium Outlets on our most recent trip to Seattle and it was worth the drive. Unfortunately, we went late afternoon, so we were in the thick of rush hour traffic, but not big deal. This is an outdoor shopping mall, so you need to be prepared for the weather to walk from store to store. They have a few areas in the middle that have fabric canopies to help with the rain or sun. It's a bit easy to get turned around, but just as quickly you can find your bearings. There is a decent indoor food court that was kept very clean and several of the restaurants offer samples... due to this, we ended up getting some tasty Chinese barbecue. Several high end stores throughout and lots of great deals to be had on any given day. We were kind of shopped out by the end, but managed to purchase plenty of useful items we were looking for. Clothing, shoes, housewares... you can find a lot here! Keep an eye out for the star on a store window; those that display it offer veteran discounts within! read more

Alright, who's the person(s) that keep building outside malls in Washington!? I just want to talk.... I remember this being a good mall from several years back and decided to venture out again. Don't let the name mislead you, this is most definitely not in Seattle and is actually in what is basically the middle of nowhere...except for the casino right down the way, how convenient! Lots and lots of stores to choose from, check the directory before you go just in case. Of course, it was raining so everyone was basically in a shopper conga line trying to stay dry. Social distancing? Nope, not anymore! When I think of an outlet mall, I typically think of things that the normal stores don't have because they're trying to use the shelf space for other stuff. It's not necessarily cheaper, but it should be different. Of the stores I went into, all of them had the exact same selection that I've seen in other malls. Sigh. So, your mileage may vary, but coming up here from where I live wasn't exactly worth it. If you're actually in the area though? Very nice mall with a good selection. read more

I always head to the clearance section to get more of a discount in each store. The converse store carries small sizes, such as 3, 3.5, 4 and 4.5. Good for small feet people like me! There is a lululemon outlet there now, lots of variety in leggings and sizes. However, the discounted rate is the same as it is in Canada, but in American dollars. I purchased a black dress for perhaps a work Christmas party and pleather pants from Ambercrombie for $50 USD, great steal! read more

When people in Seattle say they're going to the outlets they're referring to the hour drive north to the Seattle Premium Outlets. It's the largest, most expansive outlet mall in the Seattle area, which it makes it the best. It's definitely worth checking out if you're planning an entire day of shopping. I don't like shopping in general. I am the kind of person who if I need something I'll go and get it, but don't like to casually browse for stuff I don't need. IDK. Just always believed my time could be spent elsewhere. However, I do have one of those days where shopping in full force is necessary, like in December! In addition to Christmas shopping for loved ones, all of my best friends' birthdays are in December! So off I went to Seattle Premium Outlets to get the best deals around town. The outdoor outlet reminds me of outlets malls I've been to in Virginia. They just all have that same feel, with a covered walkway with rows and rows of different shops and a restroom in each section. There is one building that's a dedicated food court, but the food is standard food court food, if ya catch my drift. I suggest waiting and eating outside of the mall. The outlet mall has a variety of stores, from higher end fashion to accessories and random stores like a vitamin shop, one for perfume, etc. Expect lines on popular shopping days like in December! Plus, COVID limits how many people can be inside. Some stores were disappointing. But other stores I walked out with several bags and called it a day. Get here early and wear comfortable shoes if you're planning to spend the day shopping here. read more

Hawaii doesn't have a Loft and Ann Taylor store so I am required to drive all the way out to Tulalip to shop at those stores. Bathrooms are easy to find, except some are stinkier than others. Among the outlet malls in the area (Auburn, Centralia, and North Bend) the Marysville location is my favorite. The drive up sucks since I have to pass through downtown Seattle and Everett but it's worth it since this mall has all the quality brands I like at discounted prices. You'll see a lot of BC plates in the parking lot-Canadians love deals too! I dunno why they call it the Seattle Premium Outlets. It's not even near Seattle but I guess it sounds better than "Marysville Premium Outlets". During the summer weekends I'm usually on a trail along the I-90 corridor so I'm always looking for that perfect jacket or breathable clothing. The North Face, Columbia, and Nike are good stores for any outdoor enthusiast looking to shop. Don't expect help from employees. You gotta fish for those sizes or colors yourself. I don't even know why they always ask if I've been helped while I'm being rung up. I think it's pointless but I think they're obligated to ask. Parking is the worst. I took a trip to Minneapolis a couple years ago and they had an outlet mall with a garage and ample parking. They went cheap when they built this outlet mall. At least there's a shuttle bus that picks people up from the Holiday Inn or the Tulalip Resort in case folks do an overnighter. I know some shoppers don't want to deal with the outlet mall's chaotic parking but I really don't know how reliable that shuttle bus is. Don't forget that the mall is an open air concept so have your umbrella or raincoat on standby. Anyway, happy treasure hunting. read more

Not a friendly place to the mobility impaired. After a month of being inside with a broken ankle I wanted a breath of retail therapy. They have 2 wheelchairs for the entire place. I called mgmt to ask if they were available when I left my house 30 min before the outlet even opened and people had already checked them out. No doors had automatic open, and the walkways have randomly uneven paving that I tripped and fell on. It's also in a weird (political) location that claims to be Seattle but Snohomish/Everett adjacent. It's very common to find people unmasked here throughout the pandemic, but today all of the store workers decided to unmask and some of them weren't shy to get within 3 feet of you for a conversation. read more

Outdoor mall with indoor food court. Has a high end and mid end brands. Usually busy on Weekends due to passing traffic and neighbors from Canada. Mcdonld's, Olive Garden, Ram Burgers are near buy. Down the street from Walmart, UPS, Cabela's, Marijuana Dispensary and Home Depot. Parking can be sparce at times. There is a children's playground that was recently added called Funtastic Playtorium.
