Not only did the associate stay on her phone when I came in the shop and while I was there, she never once offered to measure me (which they always offer to measure you for bra size), she was clearly disinterested in helping me at all. Obviously people have had different experiences than I did at this store, and maybe this associate just didn't want to be at work that day, but the customer service was abysmal. I will go to Nordstroms from now on for my intimate apparel.

She spent a few minutes helping me choose the right one/size despite me being a pain and not settling the size issue once and for all by just going into the fitting room and trying it on. I usually visit Dillard's once a year for holiday dresses first checking the inventory online. This time I had an unplanned Dillard's visit while used it as a shortcut to the mall. MERCHANDISE: The store has a vast inventory. The men's clothing and shoe section is especially stylish. There are a lot of brown toned garments and shoes perfect for fall. The shoe section indicated deals from $99 to $139. That seems like a great value for high-quality shoes. MY FINDS: I didn't plan to make any purchases since I was just passing through the store. Instead I found Origins skincare line. It's currently hard to find it in stores due to major beauty retailers pulling it from their shelves. I was able to purchase a gift set. It's my preferred skincare, so I'm happy to find another retailer that carries it for future purchase. SERVICE: The service was very nice. Associates were friendly and smiling. I didn't have time to browse the store but from what I saw, everything was neatly organized. The fitness and casual clothes all appeared nice. In addition, customer service was quick and efficient. The 2 items that I bought online and picked up were the "OFFLINE By Aerie Real Me XTRA Ribbed High Waisted 5" Bike Short" ($9.99) in blue colour and the "OFFLINE By Aerie Real Me XTRA Rib Piping Sports Bra" in red colour ($11.98). Both items were on sale. I unfortunately couldn't find the bra and shorts in the same colour for my size so I had to buy mis-matched colours (one red and one blue). The reason from my 3-star review is that the red fitness bra that I bought is poorly designed. I did read reviews online before buying the bra that mentioned sizing up so I sized up and got a size large instead of my regular size medium. Getting one size up didn't fix the issue which is that the bra slides up extensively to the point where you can't even use it. I was disappointed because I love the ribbed design of the "Rib Piping Sports Bra". All the workout/exercise clothes are reasonably priced compared to other stores but the quality of the bra that I bought is terrible.
