Well they came nowhere near a 5 star review. I called them asking when I could bring my truck by and was told multiple times "just bring it by we'll get it done". I brought it by they managed to squeeze me in and pay $275 for something I did not even want done. I asked before I came in if they could complete the task I wanted done and was told yes. I pick my truck back up by the end of the day and only half the job was complete. I returned next week on a week day and the shop was unexpectedly closed. I came back the following week and called before I went to make sure they were open. They answered and said yes etc. Sure enough I get there and talk to the main guy and he proceeds to tell me I did not call them or talk to the shop at all that morning and told me he could not fit me in. I asked him why I could not make a appointment. He began to raise his voice and tell me "bring the damn thing later in the week". I decided to stop wasting my time and just walked off and left. Terrible customer service. I will never come back and hope no one choices to get there muffler worked on here .
