So I almost went along my usual routine and then for some reason decided to try the Shell instead. Score, not only a decent restroom so I don't have to walk cross legged to the elevator, but they have milk, yay! Sometimes I just want to get home, or in this case my little second home which is light on provisions. I do have coffee beans, however leaving milk there, by the next visit it would be yogurt. After a few hours of driving, the last thing I want to do is go to the grocery store. Why am I making such a big deal about milk, seems places just don't have it. I'd even buy a small single serving just for the next morning's coffee. Perhaps road trips no longer exist, no families with children? What's next, maybe no gas? BTW, super friendly young man as a clerk that evening, big smile and super polite.

Even in the worst weather, the wiper fluid bucket is full, the scrub-and-squeegee tools in good shape, and towels in the dispenser. Inside, there is just the right selection of commonly needed auto supplies, groceries, and coffee/fast food. If you have a question, the clerks know exactly what is in stock, and check out customers quickly.

I once went in with an injured foot and the cashier even went and retrieved the item I needed. Can't say enough good things about the staff. They have a good snack selection, a wide variety of fountain soda options, and keep the place fairly clean and updated. I make a point to go here rather than anywhere else in town.

This is absolutely ridiculous and completely unprofessional, and I believe illegal in the state of Missouri.

It's clean and attractive. The pump worked great and no issues with my credit card. The wash was dirty however, towels were empty in some and present in others. The squeegee's most likely need to be replaced as well with lots of use. On one visit trash was overflowing, but others it was fine. On another visit an employee was emptying trash I did go inside on a recent and service and as very friendly. The brightest spot was the men's room which was fresh, clean and new. Everything worked and trash was maintained. Proper supply of toilet paper was present. I'm sure I will be back. 4.5 rounding down with pump wash issue and trash.
