Nothing better than finding a great place to fill up the diesel pusher before the sunrises and the fuel islands backup with truckers starting their day, anyone that uses the fuel lanes designated exclusively for big rigs understands how time consuming it can be while waiting in line while these truckers pump hundreds of gallons of fuel. The place was well kept and the early morning staff was busy preparing for another busy day but provided excellent customer service with great appreciation and a smile. After leaving NSB, Florida long before sunrise heading north on I-95 I decided to stop and top off the bus before most of the world opened their eyes - today no lines and lots of open lanes so it was easy in and easy out. I'm still trying to figure how I can expedite the process, having to go inside and estimate the gallons needed to fuel up and prepay still seems strange and inefficient but that's how it works. After fueling if you've guessed wrong or want to get a receipt of the actual amount pumped requires a second trip inside after pulling away from the pumps. I guess this is one way truck drivers get their daily steps in - but once inside their pretty much aby thing else you could need from a cup of hot coffee, a bathroom break or shower and all the snacks and electronic devices you could ever think of for life on the road. Love's is definitely not always the most competitive price when it comes to diesel fuel or DEF but they are convenient and for the most part a one stop shop they have it all retailer so I'll continue to stop in as needed... read more

Love's Truck Stop - An Un-Lovely Experience in Las Cruces** Being a truck driver is challenging enough without dealing with racial profiling. It's almost laughable, except it's not, how I wasn't allowed to park near the truck dumpster despite no signs prohibiting it. Yet, I was asked to move. There were other drivers parked along the same curb who weren't asked to move. When I asked why, I was told, "We'll get to them later." This conversation started with Oscar, who then passed me on to his disgruntled store manager, Mariah Reyers. She decided to create a scene, cussed at me, and insisted I move my truck. Here's the kicker: after I moved, several trucks parked in the same area all night, unbothered. Guess what? None of those drivers were minorities. Customer service was as helpful as a chocolate teapot. Mariah refused to provide the names or contact details for corporate or district management and even threatened to call the police. I told her to do whatever she wanted; I hadn't done anything wrong. The racial tension here is palpable--they seem not to favor folks who aren't Indian or Mexican. As a truck driver who uses Love's Truck Stops regularly, I am appalled that this location is allowed to get away with such behavior. read more

Stopped here for some gas on the way home from work at about 8:15 PM. The roller Grill was disappointing and that there was a lot of food on there but it had obviously been there since the morning. I did locate one hotdog that didn't look like it was left over from the dinosaur age and I went to go put some condiments on when I noticed a friendly neighborhood cockroach crawling around in the onions. You know you can keep your place as clean as you want and if you can't control your bugs then nobody's going to come. I went to the counter and I told the girl, a Caucasian girl with dark blonde hair who appeared disinterested in everything that was going on, that there was a live cockroach crawling around in the onions and she looked at me and just turned around and that was that. Three stars because it's convenient to the highway and the prices not too bad but gosh, I'm not coming here again. read more

After what was definitely a high sodium lunch, I stopped in here to pick up some water to help flush that out. This Love's is located immediately adjacent to the interstate which made it super convenient to pop in. Love's is also a bit of a truck stop, so they are super easy to get in and out even with larger vehicles. Inside, a bunch of trucking stuff on the racks but also all the snacks and drinks you could possibly want. Restroom was very clean and thanks for that! Loves is my favorite gas station. Coming here is provides more than just gas. I love to look around in the store they have a huge variety of items and gifts to purchase. For truckers they have restroom with showers so that make it nice for over the road drivers. They have great coffee and grill items. They also have a chicken place and Subway Sandwiches on the other side of the store. The staff is always friendly and nice. read more

Sept 2023, this rest stop was clean and staff are wonderful. Plus the coffee was hot and fresh, their pre made chicken salads were tasty. Make sure you pick up a LOVE's director of all their gas stations on I-95. read more

Out of all the modern truck stops out here on the road, Loves is ahead of the curve. Their care and appreciation for the truck driver is exceptional. The debate that the parking lots are to small, and there are no real places to relax outside the truck is old news. Our trucking industry now work locally and regionally rather than over the road. Three to five days in the truck, and two at home leaves the older style of truck stops for the now few actual OTR drivers. To bad a way to moderate all the other drivers from the OTR has not been coordinated. Loves is the answer. Quick and convenient and lower cost to operate passes the savings to us. The rewards program has been copied, yet still unsurpassed. Now this location has one problem. Their Chesters Chicken has fouled up my order more times than not. This needs to be remedied. The tenders are kept to long under the lamp. I understand quick and convenient, but not gross as well. There is a plus with this location. One quarter mile just under the overpass is an awesome flea market. Pecan Park flea and farmers market, although opened just the weekend give Loves patrons a day of fun and reasonable shopping a hop and skip away. So, if you are fortunately passing by on the weekend, need a 34 hr break, or a weekend off Exit 366 off the I-95 in Florida is the place to be. Dirtiest Loves I've been too in years. I typically rely on Loves to have a clean place to refuel and refresh and this wasn't it. Bathrooms were very unclean and trash cans at the pumps and in front were packed to capacity. I'm hoping this was just a one-off situation. read more

If you want to service your truck, I advice you to stay away of this place.... I went to put two new tires and rims for a trailer and move tires to other-side and after a few miles of driving the whole set of wheels and rims flew off the trailer while I was fully loaded with 40,000 pounds.... I'm so lucky that tires didn't smash a car and kill somebody or trailer flip off I will contact the corporate office because they should be fully responsible for that shit read more

Fairly new truck stop off I95. If your going north your next option for gas is about 10 miles. So if your hitting that red E in your vehicle you should prob stop here. Bulk propane station takes 45+minutes and repeated phone calls to get attendant. EVERY SINGLE time we stop at a loves truckstop (anywhere from Florida to Pennsylvania) to fill bulk propane on our RV it takes 30 to 45 minutes simply for an attendant to come BEGIN the process. Their response is always that the mechanics come from the tire shop so it's expected to take a bit longer. My response to that and to corporate loves would be that you should not offer a service to customers that will take 30 to 45 minutes to simply begin a process that is then going to take another 10 to 15 minutes to complete. It is consistently a hassle to get bulk propane from any of the loves I have visited so it seems like a corporate problem that needs addressing. read more

Liz, you are the manager and your customer service is bottom tier. After a long day of driving with a child, I parked in the wrong place attempting to enter inside store to use restroom. Out of nowhere, here you come with the nastiest of attitudes and tones! Good service and a smile goes a long way. Don't ever get too cocky in a position because before you know it, you are replaced with a nicer and more respectful manager. Although I appreciate the design and convenience of Love's travel centers, i am seriously disappointed in their market deficiencies. We travel in a 45ft long diesel rv, and, tow a small car, so, the pathways though the filling area are very important to us. We go to the large tig filling areas, when They are available. Ungortunately, Love's does not allow you to conveniently fill up your rig. I tried inserting my credit card into thr pump, but, i would not accept it. I finally went into the building, waited in line, and addked to have the pump turned on. I was asked how much fuel i wanted to purchase. I wanted to fill up, i had to leave my credit card with the attendant, walk the considerable distance back to my rv, wait for the pump to acticate, and, then, fill the tank. I then walked back to the attendant to retrieve my card, again, waiting in line. Since there were card readers on the pumps already, why not allow me to use it? read more

Bate and switch at store #603. I'm on yelp to warn customers on your bate and switch tactic. The sign for diesel out in front clearly said $2.84 per gal cash price. Get in to store paid in cash $90.00.. go out to pump and pump says $3.33. We ask them to change the pump and they told us that was the price. I wanted my money back and the cashier got an attitude with me and only after I went back in again she finally gave me my money back. They claimed the signage was not working and they could not change it but they did not have a sign at the cash register saying any thing about a problem. They just said that's the way it was. Today while parked at Love's 603 in Jacksonville Florida I went in to the ladies room soon after I went in a person who is employed by loves through Subways named Kay Williams knocks on the door of the stall that I was in and I advise the stall was occupied her reply was you've been in there a long time hurry up I'm handicapped and I told her again the stall is occupied she then proceeded to use a lot of file language such as, f*** you, I hope you f****** die. As I came out the stall she then replies if I weren't in this wheelchair I'd kick your ass. There were two or three other female loves employees in that restroom one of them did try to stop her I then left out went to the manager Aaron Ray and express my concerns about this particular individual I don't know if anything is going to be resolved but my next step is to call corporate and complain. Why is there even an employee rolling around in a busy Love's truck stop in a wheelchair if your leg is broken then you should have your ass at home tending to it and not in the middle of a busy store this is a loves I hope I don't ever have to come back to again my visit was not a good one read more

Awesome my 100th review. I don't have any love for this Love's location. We have stopped here 3 times in the motorhome. If you have a gas RV and need to fill up use the farthest LEFT pump. Then you can easily back up or pull forward and take another LEFT to the side exit and take another LEFT towards either N or S 95. It is a GREAT, EASY fill-up stop......if you can avoid the drama. My only complaint is that this time there were pan-handlers pretending to be Christians. They spent 40 minutes pan handling outside while keeping the entire plethora of pump stations pre-occupied. They would beg for money and then pretend that the pump wasn't working. They walked over to every customer claiming to be broke and needing money. Then the guy would go inside and buy $3 worth of gas and then pretend again like the pump stopped. The kicker is that this couple was smoking and LIGHTING cigarettes at the pumps. I don't care at all about smokers but please do NOT light near gas pumps. We had to wait 20 minutes because the car in front of us (again at the farthest LEFT pump) filled up and then went inside to get food. Sighh...driver's license test need to educate people that once you are done filling your car you must pull it away from the pump in order to allow other customers to have access. Subsequently when they came out they were harassed by these pan-handlers and listened to their whole "broken-down" spiel . I asked the couple to move forward and they would not until they were done being hood-winked into giving money over to the pan-handlers. Waste of our time and our 75 gallon fill up. One previous time we were there we filled up the RV and were trying to park on the right side of the massive parking lot to eat our Subway sandwiches and get a few hours rest. There was a really shady situation going on over there. CLEARLY the workers inside of the Love's are not monitoring the exterior of this location. read more
