While on a road trip through Indiana, I noticed a thumping noise coming from the front of the car…read more After pulling over to inspect the issue, I found that the dealership I took my car to prior to the trip failed to secure the splash guard under the engine after getting the car checked out and the oil changed. Luckily we were able to find Thomas' shop before he closed for the day who generously secured the loose splash guard at no charge. We were in and out of there in 15 minutes which put my mind at ease for the rest of our trip.
