When I went inside to use the restroom they must have just been serviced because they were squeaky clean. There is a Carl's Jr there as well that was open late and tempted as I was I didn't want to start getting sleepy from being deliciously full while driving. The cashier was also very friendly, smiling and waving to customers and welcoming people in.

She never gave me her name, but she demanded to know who I was. I explained that I'm a trucker and that I just want to fuel up. She then transferred me to their shop, who couldn't help me since they aren't responsible for the pumps. I was really disappointed because other locations have never treated me this way any time I've called to ask. Love's is notorious for their friendliness but I felt disrespected, their lack of customer service was not okay. Because of this negative experience I just left to get fuel at a different travel stop instead.

Bathrooms are clean and orderly, full stocked with soap, wipes. Due to the large spacious area away from the pumps, we drove to the edge of the parking lot and ate from our ice chests. That was nice. Large trash can nearby to receive our refuse. Unfortunately this was the only downer, the trash can was almost full ... and there was quite a bit of trash around the area (grassy area). To be fair, it was a windy afternoon, perhaps the wind wreaked havoc with the top layers of trash? It could be that many others took the opportunity for a quick picnic and made use of the trash can.
