Roller dog machine was off and I heard an employee tell another employee to just turn it back on even though they were cold, when pork products are supposed to stay at 165°F so people don't get sick. Then I went up three times asking for a shower, and the lady kept telling me there was a wait while pointing to the number on the screen. By the third time, I realized the screen actually said "showers available," but she still tried to claim it was the number of people in line. As soon as I paid for my shower, I was able to go straight in immediately. It was an older lady. May 26 3:15pm. Just want my shower and sleep. read more

Several weeks ago I went into the Pilot here in Laramie, asked for my normal smokes, the casher was new to me, she turned around walked away and said I need ID. Asking for ID is nothing but with your back to the customer? Every time I had to deal with her she has been rude. But TODAY!!! OMG this place has the best grapes ever!!! I feel like I am spilling a huge secret but we are from Utah and took a trip accross the country and stopped here and grabbed a thing of grapes. they were so good we made a point of stopping on the way back and buying all we could. I even asked the cashier where he got them. He didn't know anything other than where they were grown at. So I hunted them down on Facebook. they are in Chile. I've called to get them every year since. Sooooo if passing through, be sure and grab some grapes! read more

If I could leave negative I would... Just fueled up at Pilot off 80 in Laramie, WY. While watching the fill hole on my bike I felt something wet on my hand. Looked down, and sure as shit the handle was leaking gas onto my hand and dripping gas on the side of my very hot bike, said side also being where the very hot exhaust is. Sorry, no remorse whatsoever for ripping the windshield washer bucket from it's anchors so I could rinse the gas off before my bike and the station went up in flames. Not sure what kind of 'inspection standards' they have in WY, but guessing low or none. It was 40 minutes ago and I am still shaking. I have no (shareable) words to express all my thoughts on this, but rest assured I will call AAA or walk before ever using Pilot again. Sure wish I would have seen the Love's across the street before pulling in. read more

Not a great gas station if you are towing and need non-diesel gas. Pumps are at an angle and we are lucky it wasn't crowded. Got gas because we were already pulled up to the pump, then went over to Love's for easier parking to get some drinks and use facilities. (Note to the a**hole in the parking lot who couldn't wait for one minute while we backed up and straightened our truck and trailer out so we could make the turn out of the pump area - I'm so sorry you're momma didn't raise you better.) read more

Looks to be a brand new Love's facility. Easy on, and then back out -- good distances between autos and trucks (18 wheelers, cargo haulers) entrance areas ensuring good flow of traffic, sight lines and safety. Spacious parking lot for autos, clean area. Went into the store, and looked at the deli area -- nicely stocked with fruit, sandwiches, healthy drinks such as Bolthouse items. Bathrooms are clean and orderly, full stocked with soap, wipes. Due to the large spacious area away from the pumps, we drove to the edge of the parking lot and ate from our ice chests. That was nice. Large trash can nearby to receive our refuse. Unfortunately this was the only downer, the trash can was almost full ... and there was quite a bit of trash around the area (grassy area). To be fair, it was a windy afternoon, perhaps the wind wreaked havoc with the top layers of trash? It could be that many others took the opportunity for a quick picnic and made use of the trash can. I suggest adding a can or is it to empty more often? read more

Good gas prices. Right off I-80. Plenty of parking for cars and trucks and clean bathrooms. After our experience at a different gas station in our trip we'll be sticking to pilots and loves as long as we see them read more

RV and Trailers Beware! No RV/Travel trailer accommodations. The layout of this location is terrible and can cause you to get stuck in their lot. The big rig side has not unleaded and the car side can accept anything that is long or has a trailer. Plenty of options around, find another. read more

Since we do a lot of traveling with an RV, we stop at many Pilots, Flying Js and other truck stops. They work for us because they usually have diesel and have easy in and easy out driveways. This one is an exception to everything. It was awful. To begin with the pumps are angled away from the drive and you have to make a wide turn in the opposite direction of the pump to get out. If you look at Google Earth you can see how they are set up. The area across from the pumps have a yellow stripe so it should be a no-parking area which helps with that awkward turn. However, locals don't pay much attention to those yellow stripes because I'm sure they don't feel they apply to them and they think they're going to be fast. No employee monitors the parking. So, we pulled in and the diesel pump we were at wasn't working. The one that backed it was. The pump leaked fuel and the area was absolutely filthy! We've never been to a Pilot that was so dirty. This one is. If you have an option, fill up elsewhere. read more

They wanted to help their customers And treat you like a guest, not a scruffy truck driver Who hasn't showered in 2-3 days. Everyone here was very friendly! Clean bathrooms. Clean store. Great selection of snacks, drinks, etc.

Convenience stores can be a hit or miss at times with customer service but after repeated problems that happen with even management, something needs to be said. I used to be a frequent customer as this place is so close to home and on the same route but after the last 3 terrible experiences, I will now go somewhere else. The 1st time, the clerks were rude to everyone so I figured it was a bad day and they would snap out of it. Two days later, I went in and saw that they had Little Debbie mini donuts on sale. I got some, went to pay for them and they didn't ring up correctly. So I told the clerk that they were on sale and he looked around with a confused look on his face until the female "[something] Service Leader"-according to her badge, walked by and he asked her if the donuts were on sale. Here's where it gets good. She walked over and glanced at the top shelf, the donuts were on the bottom, and said "no" in a really nasty tone of voice. I then went over and pointed to the sign on the bottom and I kid you not, she literally dragged her feet back to the counter and told the clerk, "I guess they are". This could have ended here but she then walked back saying they "may need a [Pilot] card", so I followed her because it was obvious to me at least, she didn't want to ring up the sale. She took about three minutes to read a sign with only the words "sale Little Debbie Mini Donuts 2/$3.00" to find something to prove her point. Finally, another clerk came over while. I was watching her scrutinize and I do mean scrutinize to include taking the sign out and looking at the back. So this clerk says to her to erring up the sale and she gets huffy. Finally, back at the counter, the other clerk is struggling to figure out how to fix this and the nasty lady storms over and can't figure it out either. A FOURTH clerk, comes over and smiles politely at me and rings it up. I say thank you and leave absolutely furious but maintaining my composure. 3rd time was the next day at a different time with the sole purpose of avoiding the "Service Leader". HA! No luck. There was a short line this time-I went for a pack of smokes-and yelled, yes yelled at me "I can help you here" in that same nasty, rude tone. I went over and and looked to see if the Camels were still on sale and they were so I asked for the Camel Blue 99's please and she went to the ones without the coupon and. I asked nicely if I could have the ones that were $.75 off please. She sighed loudly in a huff and grabbed them and threw them on the the counter. Well, that was the last time I went. One day of huffiness can be overlooked depending on the situation but three? If it had just been me then I would have wondered if I had done something not that it's an excuse just more understandable I guess. No, I saw her treat others just as rudely so Pilot, get your act together. read more

This is the worst set up for any large vehicle/RV. Diesel pumps are in the center lanes and you are unable to get to them. We were there at morning traffic. We wasted fifteen minutes at least waiting for a pump to open. Other drivers were very inconsiderate and pulled into the only lanes we could use. Won't stop there again! read more

i just want to say one thing!!! start checking id when someone is using there credit card!!! i work hard for my money and have been riding my bike everywhere i go to save my money for gas.. and i go to pilot here in utah all the time.. and i am so pissed because this whole week i have been dealing with the bank.. because some rude person with no morals used my credit card to get gas here in the ammount of $495.00 and twice at the pilot in st. george in the period of 3 days... the total ammount they took was $1484.00 from my account.. and that bounced me all over the place.. i can't even use my account!!! i have to change everything at my bank.. i do not appreciate you!! and the funny thing is it's pilot stations..and that is who i have always used for gas.. i will not again!!! read more
