I called twice to ask for the code because otherwise I wouldn't be able to get fuel. A rude woman answered the phone without the proper greeting they usually answer with. She never gave me her name, but she demanded to know who I was. I explained that I'm a trucker and that I just want to fuel up. She then transferred me to their shop, who couldn't help me since they aren't responsible for the pumps. I was really disappointed because other locations have never treated me this way any time I've called to ask. Love's is notorious for their friendliness but I felt disrespected, their lack of customer service was not okay. Because of this negative experience I just left to get fuel at a different travel stop instead.

Then I went up three times asking for a shower, and the lady kept telling me there was a wait while pointing to the number on the screen. By the third time, I realized the screen actually said "showers available," but she still tried to claim it was the number of people in line.
