This was a nice, clean, and relatively safe place to stop on my recent road trip. The bathrooms were pretty clean and there was a wide variety of drinks and snacks available for purchase. My cashier was very nice and worked efficiently to get through the line of customers. I appreciated that I was able to grab some of my favorite snacks and then get back on the road quickly. There were several grassy areas where I could let my dog stretch his legs and there were always people around so I felt pretty safe as a solo traveller. I would definitely stop here again on my next trip. read more

There are so many things about this location that was absolutely ridiculous. First off, they have 3 fuel islands for trucks closed so one employee can literally play on his phone and pretend to spray the water once in a while, I've been here for over an hour and he's still messing around, causing 45+ minute wait to fuel, having 3-4 trucks ahead of you. Second, because their washer and dryer wasn't working, they closed down the laundry room, for at least 2 days that I am aware of. It's the weekend, when most drivers do laundry. Third, the god awful country music is soo LOUD it literally gave me a headache after a few minutes. The shower had no door lock and it was obvious that the damage to the door was done because it was broken into. I was very uncomfortable taking a shower with the door like that. Overall I give this loves a -10. Get it together loves. Drivers depend on you for a plethora of reasons. I'm extremely disappointed and quite honestly disgusted by this location. Next time I will handle my business in Arkansas, their lives can't be as TERRIBLE as this location read more

En route to Hot Springs, me and my party stopped at this spot and I must say the Subway was amazing. Everything..I mean everything was fresh from the bread to the meats and veggies. Definitely a must stop for a fresh sandwich and the lady who made our sandwiches made them look like a masterpiece. The neatest most delicious turkey and tuna sandwich we've ever eaten. read more

Cleanliness is an issue at this Loves. The employees really do not see it as their problem. It is a worrisome issue for me. Where are the health inspectors. The coffee pots, one of which was draining in the sink at the time, did not look much better. Wanted to take a shower, but now I have doubts about their cleanliness as well there; Did however take the plunge & showered. Pretty clean, of course shower shoes are a must. And be sure to leave a tip for a well cleaned shower. The attendant at the shower was pleasant & gave us extra towels, so we did not have to share one set. read more

My family and I always stop her on our way to Dallas. Ideal place to grab snacks, dinner and fuel! Bathrooms and restaurants are clean. You cannot currently eat in the McDonald's but you can in the Subway dining area. Worth the stop if you need a pit stop before Bucee's in Royce City! read more

Customers have to go inside to pay. Pumps out of order. Couldn't get receipt at the pump. A quick stop for fuel turned into a trek across the parking lot, stand in line, wait, pay, trek back to pumps, pump gas, trek back to stand in line and wait for change. Not a good way to run a business. read more

The Love's travel stop in Dusan, LA is going above and beyond during these tough times. With a compromised individual in our household, public restrooms are a minefield. Store #523 staff were absolutely wonderful! The store was clean, everyone was wearing masks and insisting customers wear them as well. The restrooms were sparkling clean, smelled fresh, well-stocked and the place was very busy. The staff were moving people through the store in great timely fashion while remaining friendly, polite, insistent and very professional. My thanks to them for making part of our trip enjoyable. read more

Amazing staff! Everyone is very nice and welcoming! Clean bathrooms. Very busy truck stop. Corporate could probably give them more employee hours to hire-because this place is that crazy busy!! I appreciated all the hard work the employees do!!!! Did a 34recharge and had the mcd's -my husband's sandwiches were above average McDonald's quality and so was my ice cream. Awesomeness! The night and morning counter help was funny, friendly and engaging. Just a real nice group of people here. Yes the store register lines can get long, but there are 2 register areas and regular schmegulars dont know about the fuel desk, so we never had a long line ;) read more

This place has roaches in their McDonald's. Came to weigh my trailer and a guy parks his truck just in front of the scale didn't come out till 10 later with a weight ticket. read more

Stopped to refuel and grab something to eat after being on the road for several hours. The establishment is very nice and clean restrooms. However, the staff in the Subway section needs some attention. When did it become ok to have your children sit at your overnight job? She was constantly fussing at them the whole time she was making my sandwich (which she didn't do right since she wasn't paying attention). She had the worst attitude I've seen in a fast food employee in awhile. read more
