We stopped in for a pitstop and fill-up. The pump worked efficiently, and the restrooms were reasonably clean; therefore, our needs were met. We didn't interact with any staff; and since we had eaten earlier, didn't need any food/beverages....therefore, we cannot comment on those factors. This is an "old style" Love's that only allows points if you know your account number. They can not process points with your phone number. I'll have to go on line to get my points back. The McDonalds is being worked on so only the drive thru is available-difficult for people who walked into the Love's. Subway is open but short handed. My first disclaimer is that I love Love's travel Stops. When I am on the road they are my preferred places to stop. I have a back story to share about this particular location. Approx 3 to 4 years ago we stopped at this location and it was a freaking mess. They were in the middle of a renovation and it blows my mind they stayed open during the renovation. The restrooms were mobile trailers outside and they were nasty. Since then I have refused to stop and boycotted this loves at Exit 16 Memphis IN Yesterday while coming home from a road trip I decided that the boycott had been going oning enough and that I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt and try it out. The restroom was freaking nasty!! There was a mop bucket with a mop in the corner and the water in it looked like muddy water. The entire store just seemed to be in disarray and the employees just seemed off I am convinced this location is just cursed!! The parking lot even seemed to be in disarray and confusing compared to other loves. Is there anyone out there who has been to this particular loves and has the same opinion? I messed up because once out to my car It hit me that I should have taken some pictures so that was my mess up. Skip the loves on exit 16 and go to the pilot instead. read more

This was an easy four star truck stop. They had gas and fountain Diet Coke. The fountain area was clean and stocked. Employees were nice. They actually had a lil home goods section of stuff that would have been awesome in my industrial farmhouse kitchen. They had kitschy milk churns and stuff. If you're a truck driver specially a FEMALE TRUCK DRIVER and need a shower! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOVES! The ceiling with mold should've made me change my mind but I really needed the shower. As I was showering I started noticing how the toilet was really dirty, the walls were dirty, the floors were dirty, EVERYTHING WAS DIRTY! As I was finishing up and getting out the shower I realized there were bugs crawling on the ground!!! I don't know what type of bugs they are but just by seeing them I got goosebumps. I felt really disgusted!! As I left the shower I ask to speak to the manager on duty. Instead there two male employees looking at me like I was bothering them. Until I showed them the video one of them quickly started to explaining what those bugs were (I don't care, there shouldn't be any bugs in a shower) and all he said that he was going to shut that shower down! Recently visited this place after visiting the louisville area. I came here in the middle of the day and this place was busy. I've been to the travel stop across the street as well but this place is truthfully no different unless you got the perks of being a Love's rewards member. Lots of truck parking, showers were clean however the actual shower is kind of small...the McDonald's and subway was clean

The pros: So much stuff here. Want gas, plentiful pumps, both on the car and semi sides of the lot. Want food? There's both a Subway and a Mickie D's and there a huge hot dog station in the store. Plus, the store has a large area for travelling conveniences, incline a huge wall of chargers and other electrical doodads. The cons: there's 4 urinals in the women's bathroom (but my friend didn't notice that the sign on the door scene to possibly be temporary), which skeezed me out, and it definitely looks like the bathroom floor it hadn't had a good solid mopping in a long-ass time. On a trip to Louisville or from Louisville the Megabus stops here. McDonald's and Subway are available if you do not desire the regular gas station good such as hot dogs, chips, etc. Since they do have the usual important necessities that you may forget at home (like a phone charger) you may have what you need at an ok price that will keep you from feeling like you got robbed blind. Be warned about visiting the restrooms as they were pretty smelly and dirty when we stopped in to where I would had rather gone on the bus. I have visited many truck stops in my extensive travels all over the US and have seen much cleaner restrooms. read more

This is one of this interesting gas stations in the middle of nowhere that you kind of probably will remember years down the road. They have gas, and bathrooms, and all sorts of random snacks and trinkets inside. Canes, walkers, giant barbie dolls, sports team jackets, GPS systems, fresh fruit (better than candy, right?), some kind of fast food restaurant off to the side, and more. I stopped here with a group of about twenty people to/from Alabama a few months ago and we were all amused by everything. Whee! read more

This is by far the worst gas station from Henryville all the way to Indianapolis. I travel back and fourth from Indianapolis and Louisville every other weekend and out of the hundreds of gas stations from those many miles, this one is by far the worst one to ever exist. They never have tornados on the rollers on top of they have EXTREMELY limited energy drink choices and they have a new person work there every week who doesn't know what the hell they are doing and neither do the truck drivers and this is the only gas station for miles that my company card doesn't work at therefore I need to use my own money to fill up a company vehicle, this is without a doubt a gas station from hell considering their attitudes here are extremely poor and the McDonalds connected to it is a hilarious joke, the only good thing loves has to offer is the subway attached to it, if any of the subway employees see this, y'all are the only people in that store that do their job correctly and god bless you read more

While on an 8 hour trip, we stopped at this gas station only to go to the McDonald's. In the drive thru line, at 9pm, we waited 15 minutes before they even asked what we wanted to order. They didn't have ANY pies ready. After taking our order we had to wait another 20 minutes behind someone at the window for them to their own food. Then it took 10 minutes to give us our food after taking our payment. The fries and burgers were extremely fresh, which was a plus. But it seems like we were waiting because they're making the food as they get orders. read more

well here we go in my suggestions places I still haven't reviewed still getting around to them as I feel like doing them if I feel need to unfortunately this high-traffic unremodeled Loves still stays to be that way..the bathrooms are old outdated and usually not kept clean, the McDonald's just sucks.. the Subway's not bad the problem the whole Memphis area of Indiana just north of Louisville seems to be that way.. the pilot on the other side of i-65 is equally as crappy unfortunately..the biggest problem here is not enough staff at anytime they're always under staff they can't get the toilets clean and they can't keep everything going at one time because this is the megabus stop, the meal stop and they get slammed all the time.. that's the big issue on the Megabus comes in seven or eight times or more as i-65 of courses the main route between Chicago and Atlanta but that being said that's always been a problem with this one and just like the pilot for some reason they don't believe in cleaning in a timely manner like other locations...Unless less my belly really really starts grumbling or I got to get some coffee or have a seat for a little while and I can't wait to get to the next facility but I'll get the Memphis exit as a last resort either loves or Pilot I don't even real feel comfortable putting reviews up for any of them actually other than just generalizing. read more

We usually will hold out on road trip stops until we get to a Love's because they are reliably clean and well stocked. I use an app that shows truck stops to select from the map. This Love's was the dirtiest I have ever seen, very nasty in the bathroom. I mean it is longterm kind of dirty. I asked my husband if the men's room was as bad. He said it was. I drive a truck for a living and I visit love's travel stores all across the country daily. This is the most disgusting loves I have ever stepped foot in. The bathrooms smelled like and old Porta potty and didn't look any better. Dried feces, urine, and who knows what else all over the toilets (top to bottom) trashcan, and stall walls. Dust covered paper towel dispensers, dirty mirrors and sinks. I was planning on taking a shower here but after seeing the shape of the bathroom there is no way I would pay for a shower at this place. After using the restroom I went to the McDonald's that is attached, Which was a whole other gross experience within itself. read more
