The first gas pump I went to tried to charge me 175$ before I even pumped gas on it, I ended up having to pump from another pump because one wasn't working. I only pumped 2$ worth pf gas and the pump stole the remaining 19$ from my cashapp. Saying yes to getting a receipt wasn't possible either because the button to say yes was broken. Funk this gas station, buy your gas here if you want your money blatantly stolen. read more

Very nice and well maintained Love's travel center that has laundry room, clean restrooms and showers, even the employees here are very nice as well, only con to this location that it's hard to find truck parking after like 4pm or so. read more

Update: Head Managee Rich only interacted with young attractive female employees. Only greeted or interacted with young white female customers or white conservative men. We're an interracial trucking family and we spend thousands at Loves every year. If all the other shops weren't really nice. We'd never support the again. This was early morning early afternoon shift. Evening shift was friendly courteous and nice. Also primarily employees of color and most over the age of 23. ----- Checkout google reviews as well. This location has a serious problem with management. Also clearly racist/prejudice against anyone non conservative and white. This is the most unpleasant loves in the country. My husband is a truck driver so we drive OTR all year long. The male manager here will treat you like trash if you're not a pretty young woman. There is a young brown skinned male worker here super courteous and polite and an older white lady that are very nice. All the others are pretty young women and they will treat you like garbage. Their coffee stand had zero creamer in the chilled machine and the counter was super filthy. Also tried to cash in over 14$ in change in a Ziploc bag. We've done this all over the country as well. Every other Loves, TA and Pilot have been thrilled with the extra change and will happily take it in the back and cash it for you no charge as they have machines. Asked the manager if I could do this he had to call someone over to confirm they did this while looking at me like I was a crazy disruptive homeless person with fistfuls of dirty street change. They do have sugar free lemonade so there is that. We will not ever be returning and I hope the nice workers get a better job somewhere else. Very unpleasant vibes that seemed super unfriendly to any non traditional/conservative looking person . We will never be returning. read more

This Love's is my favorite one that I have been to, (and i have been to a ton, all over the country). All the staff here is so personable, kind, and considerate. It's basically home to me. There is definitely great teamwork, and the staff seem to help each other out, which is the way it should be. When I have had an issue with anything, the store manager is there to help. Trent is a great employee, always greeting me, seeing how I am, and making sure I am safe on the road. He definitely has a positive impact here. I have never seen him without a smile, unkind, or not willing to go the extra mile for anyone. Megan is also a key player at the store. She always counts how many days I have been there, which makes me laugh, asks if I need help with anything, and goes above and beyond. Everyone here is great, seriously. The mechanics at the shop have been absolutely amazing as well. Sometimes trucks need to be jumped, and they are so kind and willing to help. We have brought trucks there for service and never left dissatisfied. I like everyone who works there. They even went above and beyond when someone ran into my truck and took off. Luckily, there are cameras facing that way. Thank you to all the staff at the store and at the shop, you all are great. I always am telling drivers to come here and give you business. This location has exceptional customer service. I watched as a Hardee's associate cleaned and mopped around the foodservice line while I waited my turn to place an order. After placing my order I watched as the associate propped up the mop he was using and went directly to the foodservice line (ready to eat food) to start preparing orders for what I was told went to the take-out window. The associate that handled in-store customer orders and payments had on single-use gloves and constantly kept touching his face and mouth. He was also preparing orders for in-store purchases from the foodservice line. Here is the safety issue concerning food handling: failure to wash hands after handling unclean mop and bucket, and various filthy items in the restaurant contaminating the food handled, failure to wash hands after handling money, touching his face, and touching his face mask soaked with saliva. When I requested my order canceled and/or a refund because I was not going to eat cross-contaminated food, the associate (on the receipt John K) had no desire to refund my purchase stating I was "overreacting" concerning food safety and cross-contaminating the food prepared and sold to guests. As for my refund, I was told that he would have to speak with the store manager the next day and he would call me back concerning the decision for my refund. The store manager that he needed to talk to was named Tonya. I never received the call. I spoke with Mark the ADM for this location but that was a waste of time since he was less than cordial on the phone. I wish anyone the best of luck if you choose to eat at this location since they lack concern for the safety of the public and lack quality customer service. As for my refund, they have no desire to return the funds they have received in retaliation for my refusing to take and eat cross-contaminated food. read more
