After more than a decade of playing, I am thoroughly familiar with the lottery's rules, procedures, and submission process. Unfortunately, during this visit, I experienced an incident that was both deeply frustrating and profoundly disappointing. A Black female cashier attempted to process my lottery slip, but the machine repeatedly rejected it. Remaining professional and courteous, she politely asked me to rewrite the numbers in a different section of the slip, which I did while clearly marking the original section as void. Despite our efforts, the machine rejected the new entry once again. She then called over a white female employee from inside the store for assistance. The second employee also attempted to process the slip, yet the machine continued to reject it. Instead of addressing the issue appropriately, she proceeded; without my knowledge, permission, or consent; to choose entirely different numbers on my behalf and then attempted to charge me for them. I immediately refused. Her behavior throughout the interaction was dismissive, disrespectful, and shockingly unprofessional. To make matters worse, she abruptly instructed me to bring a new slip, despite the obvious malfunction and confusion surrounding the transaction. I am confident that both the the black cashier assisting me and the other customers present were surprised by the patience and composure I maintained throughout the ordeal. Nevertheless, I found the employee's conduct to be not only rude and unprofessional, but entirely unacceptable from a customer service standpoint. This was, without question, one of the most appalling and disrespectful customer service experiences I have ever encountered.

I was making a huge mess at the cold drink machine. I know that I was gonna irritate the people that worked in the store. I was so apologetic but these beautiful angels assisted me, while I was in the store, and made certain that I made it to my vehicle without hurting myself any further certain, because I wasn't 100% stable on my left knee. They were so happy to be of assistance and they took pride in their jobs. It was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. These two young ladies excelled in customer service. I would recommend them have their own store.. good employees are hard to find and you all got two diamonds in one store. Thank you, Mapco for hiring these beautiful angels. Of course I had about 35 mins driving time left so I could have waited, but when I saw Pilot, I exited because you never know when the next time it'll show up again. Grateful that Pilot is open 24 hours everywhere. This gas station was very clean and well lit as most Pilots usually are. Gas price for Regular 87 was $2.93 per gallon... nice! Less than $20 total for half a tank... can't beat that! I didn't use the restroom, hence, I have no moment on the inside food mart or staff. Nevertheless, I am grateful for the low cost in gas prices. Thank you Pilot!
