Hello all. I'll start with the good. You can always count on this truck stop to be spotless, especially the bathrooms. I do a lot of traveling around Mississippi and this franchise is always on top of keeping things clean. However, I often come to the one in Poplarville more than the others, which is why I've made a post about this particular one. There are quite a number of great employees at this establishment as well. To name a few, Christina, Jace, and Jordan are quite helpful and polite. I frequent this stop often to the point where I know I'm going to get good customer service if they're working. The bad, however, is quite bad. Never in my life have a met a more rude employee than Jasmine. I frequently visit this establishment in the early mornings where I've encountered this unfriendly employee several times, with each time getting worse than the last. To say she is the rudest, unfriendliest, laziest, most unhelpful, and bitchiest employee is an understatement. Everytime she actually has to do her job at the counter she acts like her job is a burden. Most of the time that she's not at the register she's simply walking around doing nothing. No managers seem to put her in check ever, which I find appalling since her attitude is so bad that it's hard to turn a blind eye to. On multiple occasions she's caught an attitude when I ask for help. She's rolled her eyes and given dramatic sighs more times than I can count. I did speak with a manager about this, but clearly management doesn't care about the way their employees treat their customers. Once, I asked for $10 on pump 8, but she put $8 on pump 10. When I told her I never got money on the pump, she told me it was on pump 10. I asked if she could move it and she told me it'd be easier if I just drove over to the pump. Absolutely unacceptable. Jasmine needs a severe reality check. If you're going to be useless and bitchy, find another job. You don't need to work with the public if you're going to make an old man feel like a burden for requesting that his money be moved to the right pump. That is all. read more

Most well kept business I've ever been in. Fresh food on the lines. Isles perfectly packed with snacks. Cold ice. Colder beer. Kind service. I'll remember this stop for future traveling. read more

I have been traveling with my friend on a road trip. He stopped here to get gas and asked if I could get him matches. I went inside to get them but the lady who worked there explained they didn't carry matches. They sell Loves logo lighters for a dollar so I bought one. This piece of garbage worked 2 times with no issues. The third time my friend went to use it it was dead. While we were driving he said he though he heard a hissing but we didn't think much of it. This leads me to believe that this lighter was probably leaking gas since the first time he used it. Very disappointing. If it wasn't a Loves lighter I would have wasted my time writing this. Don't put your logo on a piece of junk lighter and sell it. read more

Just stopped by for diesel and to use the rest room. While I was walking in I saw a man talking loudly with an employee outside and minded my business . They seem to be having a discussion . When I came out the bathroom that same man was standing by the woman's bathroom when I walked out and asked me if he can ask me a couple of questions . When I proceeded to walk away and say I'm married and no thank you he followed me out the store saying that if I'm use to guys talking to me that way and why was I brushing him off and if I wanted a job . Love's you did it again. Friendly,Clean. Some good parking. But there's no turn around at the end of the lot. Unless the trucks were blocking it..lol. So if you go down the lot leave space for yourself to bust a U. Other that that. You'll enjoy this truck stop. Showers were nice and clean and good water pressure and the water stayed hot also. Strictly stopped by to use the restroom since i chugged a bottle of wine before leaving for my destination! I was seriously contemplating on peeing on the side of the interstate but my husband somehow persuaded me to wait til the next town with a gas station. To say the least I was reluctant but we finally saw the sign and stopped by. I went in and was greeted by an employee as I hauled ass to the restrooms. Upon entering the ladies room I was in shocked by how clean it was! It was seriously top notch next to bucees (because let's face it, bucees is pretty nice!) I used one of the many clean and spotless stalls available and then washed and dried my hands. I travel on the road a bit so to find a clean and nice gas station is a huge deal for me! While some businesses were declining helping Louisiana residence during Hurricane Ida this one was helpful! We needed gas for our generator and drove all the way out, a few stations turned us away but I am so glad we came across this one. They had employees outside helping direct the lines for gas, they were also very informative. They kept things moving smooth. They also had trucks ready for when they started running low. They were prepared, and I thank them for that. Very clean inside, bathrooms were in great condition. Enjoyed the hot dogs and fajita wraps. Overall great experience. read more

I like this new loves , it's right off the interstate, and not hard to get into. Everything is nice and clean, with lots of parking up front of the store , and in back for the trucks that move America. Inside is well stocked with everything , from clothes to condoms. Some of the best coffee on the road , to keep you going. Now if Yelp would only follow up on my report , and change the location back. It looks like someone has changed the address of the loves , to somewhere clear across town. You can't even check in anymore, even when your inside the building , it says your too far away. This is another one of those times where I don't understand how this place could ever be rated at three and a half Stars. I have visited a lot of truck stops on my up to eleven thousand mile journey now, and this is by far the nicest, cleanest, and most well-stocked location I have ever seen. All the showers are walk-in handicap showers, they are all very clean, the staff is very very helpful and the hot food products are kept well stocked. If you have never stopped and had to shower during a road trip you don't know what you are missing. It is very refreshing and rejuvenating, and it is the best $12 you ever spent plus you can fill your tank up if you want to, take care of your car and yourself sort of like killing two birds with one stone. They have even recently installed an actual dog park, talk about caring about the customer. So if you haven't figured it out yet, I have to wonder about anybody that didn't rate this 5 stars ... Makes me wonder how many star rating I would give them personally read more

Typical truck stop. 0.2 miles off the Hwy. easy to get in and out of but super busy. Gas slightly higher then the coast but fairly priced.

The staff that was on shift when I got there on 4/24/17 between 9am and 11am was the best. It's a well clean store, the staff was courteous and helpful. And I don't even know anybody that work in that store. Im a truck driver and I was just driving through Mississippi. This store is gunna be one of my favorite loves. read more
