Bathroom break for me and a windshield clean for the Sprinter van. I found this Love's to be clean and well stocked today. No trash at the pump area or in the parking lot with the long stick squeegees at every other aisle. I was able to remove the mess from my windshield easily. Inside, the men's room was clean though some water on the sink counter. No paper on the floor, though. About as clean as I would expect for a busy Friday in the late morning. Quick to get back onto the highway and don't forget that you can get 10c off per gallon by scanning the barcode in your Love's app! I left my cell phone in the Restroom at Love's #341, near Rolla, MO. The Operations Manager, Jake Hamilton, left a message on Facebook for my friend who had called my number. You guys have always been my number 1 choice for gas when traveling. Today at the Rolla, MO station my pump malfunctioned. All I was getting was a blank screen. Well, as it turns out the pump charged me $175 THREE TIMES! When the attendant came out after seeing I was having problems, he moved me to a different pump and assured me everything was canceled. LIE! As it turns out, the charges were not canceled. I received notifications that I was charged three times. How Love's came up with $175 for each time is beyond me. I couldn't put that much gas in a passenger vehicle if I tried. After I realized what happened, I called Love's and was told that they had nothing to do with it and I had to call the credit card. ANOTHER LIE! The bank told me that Love's made the charge, not them. We called Love's back, Mathew told us that there was nothing they could do. YET ANOTHER LIE. If they couldn't, how did they reverse two of the charges? I'm so incredibly disappointed in Love's. This was their fault because of their faulty pump, but I pay the price. Matthew just didn't care and said to call corporate. Really? That's your answer? Trust me, I'm going to be posting this issue everywhere. People need to know that Love's could care less if they drain people's credit cards. Shame on you Love's. And shame on you for hiring people who lie just to pacify the customers. read more

Always prefer to stop at Love's, over other travel stops. Super BUSY store. Both at Truck desk, and other side of convenience store. Friendly service and staff. McDonald's and Subway inside. Normal Love's, souvenirs, regular stuff, coffee, snacks, clothes. Ladies restroom was clean even with the high traffic volume. Subway was good, everything looked fresh. Nice friendly service. Wish I would of grabbed a cookie! They have the best! Found a shirt I liked, but only came in small and medium sizes. Wish they had a bigger size. It's rare when you find a ladies T-shirt or sweatshirt over a size large! My girls won't fit in a large! Lol....:-) read more

When the Greyhound bus made a stop at this Love's Travel Stop in Rolla, I went inside to use the restroom (which was exceptionally clean!), buy a bottle of water as well as a Filet O Fish and a large fries at the McDonald's inside. My head was thinking Subway, but I haven't had McDonald's in two months so I was craving it, lol. read more

I'd put this mainly on the company instead of on this particular loves. If you go across i44 there is a problem joplin loves is tiny barely even a loves Strafford loves is also on the small side and experiences super long waits. And Rolla has to be the worst 4 trucks per fuel island sometimes never any parking spots. You either need to make these location bigger or add a nice big one closer to st louis because this is an awful experience. It's the one loves I try to avoid at all cost because it a 30 to 1 hour long deal every time read more

This place will literally overwork you. If they get really busy you dont get a break and not even a lunch break. A friend once worked 12 hours without a single break. This place may be good to get stuff for drives but it definitely isn't good to work at. read more

Called to see if I can get a valve stem extender put on my tire, the guy on the phone said it would be no problem. Walked in the the building and they guy looked at me like I was crazy. I explained to him all I needed was for them to pull the tire off so I can put this extension on. Dude was super rude. Waste of my time. Shouldn't have told me they can fix it then turn around and say they can't. read more

Incredibly clean restrooms and a large selection of drinks, snacks and fruit, too! The adjoining Subway and McDonald's are convenient and open 24 hours, as well. Will definitely make this our gas station stop when rolling through Rolla next. read more

I'm a truck driver and I love how wide open the parking lot feels. The place is clean, including the showers and restrooms. And I really like that they offer Subway (for when I feel like eating healthy) and McDonald's (for when I don't). I always make an effort to try and stop by when I'm on the road. read more
