THEY SUCK! Jonathan Majors a day ago New First I have to say that most of the staff there on the store side and the restaurant side are very nice and courteous people. But what disturbs me the most is the Managers specifically one by the name of Ana and the other by the name of Mattie both are and this is being kind under developed when it comes to language, dress, and professionalism. I've seen a lot of bad managers but these two are the worst. I've actually heard Ana say I'm about to " fire a bitch" in front of customers and heard Mattie call her kitchen staff a bunch of idiots. I use to be a regular there but not anymore. The way they talk to there employees is very disrespectful to say the least. They speak to them as they are beneath them it's disgusting. I actually run my own business and I would never speak of my employees in such a manner especially in front of customers how these two people still have a job amazes me. Loves can do better. The food overall is pretty good but the Managers those two are below average. read more

Usually come in here for the great brewed ice tea and hot coffee. Restrooms have always been clean. Usually can find something on clearance that's priced decent in the electronics section. The employees are most generally nice and pleasant. read more

Honestly by far the best Loves Travel Stop i have ever been too. Jacob, made me food at the God Fathers pizza, he is a great cook because i have had pizza before but when he made it, it was very fresh and taste delicious. I will definitely be back to get more pizza from him. I was shocked after i ate my pizza it was so good. Thanks Jacob, you have made yourself a a fan. See you soon sir. Everyone here was very friendly, the managers ever told me hi and asked how i was doing, the truck fuel desk clerk was very friendly and actually walked around with me and helped me find the things i needed and he explained everything about the two different things I wanted. Interesting encounter with the Chesters. I wanted to order chicken livers. The young man at the counter Riley told me they do not have livers because the chicken distributor will not give them any. Ok next. I wasn't seeing the chicken tender order so I asked about ordering them by the piece. I felt that he was somewhat frustrated with me but this order board did not include by the piece. So help? Then I asked for 4 biscuits and he tells me he only has three. Wow what an interesting negative situation. We have enjoyed Chester's when we travel. Most of the places we have eaten have ACCOMMODATED our order? Not here. If you need a special amount of food items don't ask this place to prepare anything other than what they have in the steam table. I definitely will avoid going to this Chester's again. read more

Chester's chicken or Subway or Godfathers... something for everyone! And Loves had some nice looking salads , I almost got one but it's too late in the evening, next time. I did end up buying these cool tweezers that have a light attached to it for $5! That will come in handy for sure!! I also got the shotgun pen just so I know if someone took my pen. read more

I have an autoimmune disease and Randall saw that my mom and I were hesitant on going up to order. He came out to us, stayed 6 ft apart and took our order for pizza. I can't eat meat so he offered to make me a meatless pizza. He said it would take 8-10 minutes and he even gave us a 3 minute heads up on when it would be done. He was super sweet and went above and beyond! I have drove by this Loves so many times but this was my first time coming inside. It was clean, orderly and the staff is friendly. I'm a fan! read more

I absolutely love the Nachos there. My Dad and Mum took me there. I paid for 20 bucks in gas and paid up front register assuming it was for gas payments only, so went to back register to pay. The young lady working behind the register was super nice and sweet. After paying for my nachos I left the from the front door, my mum and I usually sit in front to eat them. The older short lady whom I paid the gas from came out looking peeved accusing me of not paying for the nachos. I said I did she turned her back on me and got on the walkie to ask the young lady if I paid for the nachos. Low and behold it Was confirmed I did. No sorry just " You're good". I walked back into the store behind her to get napkin from the bathroom since there wasn't any where she was standing. (stocking maybe) while watching me she had a customer waiting.
