DO NOT go to Terry 's These guys had my car for 7 days!!!! Apparently you should not take them any…read morevehicle that has a problem with a computer part. So anything built before 1970 should be okay. Thier vendor who tells them how to program new computer based parts takes 5 days to help them. Day 1 it took them all day to start looking at my car. Day 2 & 3 was the weekend. They aren't open. Day 4 my part didn't arrive until the afternoon delivery. Well I'm not surprised, if you don't order a part until after 4 pm, you aren't going to make the morning delivery. Assuming they actually order the part before they left on Friday. Day 5 they are in line to be helped program the part. But the vendor had a lot of their employees quit. But I was on the list... Day 6 I'm still on the vendor's list but they haven't been called yet. Day 7 the got hold of another vendor and they will there some time this afternoon. I guess the vendor they waited 3 days to call is actually able to do their job. They got it done in less than 1 day. Terry's customer service is as bad as their vendor's. I had to call to get updates on the status of my car. Then it was Ford's fault... Then I should be happy because my car IS fixed. Of course it's fixed I didn't take it to the shop to drive it home with the same problem!

But only fixed one. I took it in twice both times within days had another issue . My car ended up sitting all winter until I could go outside myself and fix my power steering. It was obvious they cut the hose . I paid 5,600 . I could of bought a engine for that price . This place deliberately sabotages your car so you will come back. I took to them because I didn't have a garage and I knew it would take me at least a week. I spent over 5,000 and had to spend more to fix things myself. Definitely DO NOT recommend !

Last text sent was if he was free or not and he just completely left me on read. Good to know that if I was stranded at a gas station and needed to get somewhere they aren't 24 hours but they'll return your phone call like they are. It's been almost 2 months and still no tires or response from Todd. Just to clarify it's only 2 tires that needed to be replaced, i've changed tires before but was looking for a cheaper option probably would've taken 30-45 min to do. Hopefully they provide better service in the future cause I'm a loyal customer to businesses that serve me right.

Like the concept of them coming to you to rescue you. Save a lot of time if you have ever had to…read morewait for a tow than you will understand and know about the killer wait times. Upon calling I was quickly dispatched a mechanic to my location, as I was broken down in a retail location with a dead battery. Mechanic Zach Cardisco was fast, thoroughly explained everything that was going on, was detailed oriented and did good work. He also hand threaded my lug nuts back on to my studs unlike many places nowadays that just throw them into the socket and then tighten them down with the impact wrench which often cross threads them or breaks the studs. He had a very friendly demeanor, kind use of his tools and equipment was careful not to scratch paint or do any damage, etc. He took a lot of pride in his work and it showed. Ask for him by name. Cons: Realize its a $120 service call before anyone does any work. Not really shown will on their website. (Website also has a few spelling and grammar errors / should be open 24/7 they have it backwards) No mobile payment options whatsoever. Luckily my bank was down the street, but be prepared to have cash ready for the call.

I brought an old VW vanagon to these guys to have the rubber boots replaced in the rear axles. I…read morewas told the axles were worn out and need to be replaced. After over a week the shop finally returned my call 15 min prior to closing to tell me the van was ready on a Fri and they could take my credit car over the phone and leave the keys in the vehicle for me to pick up. I should have know something was up at this point, but agreed. I arrived two min after closing and nobody was would answer the phone or door. I tried to drive the vehicle and made it only one block with something very wrong with the van. A returned to find the manager Dave slipping out the side door saying he was in a hurry for a doctor appointment. I left the vehicle there for the weekend but received no call. I finally spoke with the owner telling him something was wrong with the car and he said he would speak with the mechanics. Two days later he called telling me the car came in that way! I said "you drove it onto the rack so it must have been working so I'll come down and if you can drive it on the rack I'll drop my complaint." "No, I'm not interested in that" was his response. I spoke with him again when I meet the a tow truck drive at the shop to have it towed to another shop to repair the clutch one of their mechanics had damaged. At this point he accused me of "trying to get a new clutch from us". How did I drive it in if the clutch was bad? I had it repaired at considerable expense from a VW dealer who said someone had burnt out the relatively new clutch and damaged the linkage! I've never experience such a display of incompetence and arrogance that borders on the edge if criminal in my life. I would advise everyone to avoid the suspension shop since they will damage your vehicle then deny it.
