I waited about 15 minutes before meeting Doug for a boot fitting. He measured my foot, looked at its structure, and pulled out a few boots to try. The first was tight (as it was a size down) and when we went up in size it fit very well. Then he had me try several different models/brands and we settled on a pair of Salomon's. He heated the liner and had it heat molded to my foot. Through the entire process (which took about an hour), Doug shared stories, experience, and explained each step. He made me feel comfortable and confident in his skill. Once completed, I mentioned my bindings needed to be adjusted. I brought in my skis and they had my bindings readjusted in 15 minutes. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience here and will be coming back should I need any other gear. I paid full price for the boot, expected with the excellent fitting, and was told if I needed work on the boot I can return within a year. They are a knowledgeable group of people, kind, and have a wide selection. I can't recommend them enough.

The technician did not perform a full tear‑down cleaning of my DE filter. When I asked about it, he told me it wasn't included in the $355 closing fee and would cost an additional $150. I mentioned that my previous company, Pool World, charged a similar price and included the DE cleaning. His response was, "Well you should have stayed with your previous company," which was unprofessional and unnecessary. I later called ADD-ON POOLS to express my concern, not looking for anything in return, but simply to make them aware of the interaction. The person on the phone dismissed my concern and essentially called me a liar, insisting the technician would never say that. This was my first and last time using ADD-ON POOLS. The lack of professionalism, customer service, and accountability was unacceptable.

We saved 10% - 20% on the items we had to purchase since renting the skis/boots. They adjusted the bindings while we picked our other items, so no need to come back for ski pick up. Lots of staff to help you, you can tell service is thier main priority. Family owned business and they care! Always have warm fuzzies after shopping there.

The major downside to The Store is some of the staff are not very nice and the owner is disagreeable. Some of the staff is great just to be fair. They made a minor mistake on a delivery, which was no big deal...BUT when i stopped by to get the problem rectified the owner gave me every excuse why the mistake happened as apposed to just saying, "Sorry for the inconvenience". All the random BS she gave me was so irrelevant and just made the situation worse. The conversation snowballed into her getting defensive and following me out of the store and into the parking lot. I also got stuck paying separately for the measure and learned the same would hold true for the installation. Information NOT told to me! So $3,000 does not include the measurements to properly create the drapes nor install. Lastly, I expressed the desire to move forward ASAP in the hopes the drapes could be hung before Christmas. Truly outrageous of me. Apparently. I now have measurements that are useless to me because why would anyone in their right mind rely on someone else's information other than their own to create these drapes! I requested a refund since THEY have decided not to move forward and I received my $75 measurements instead. Let me say that I am not a difficult person and as I worked through numerous fabric choices I kept thanking the woman for her patience and this is what I got in return. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Stay away.
