The major downside to The Store is some of the staff are not very nice and the owner is disagreeable. Some of the staff is great just to be fair. All the random BS she gave me was so irrelevant and just made the situation worse. The conversation snowballed into her getting defensive and following me out of the store and into the parking lot. So $3,000 does not include the measurements to properly create the drapes nor install. Lastly, I expressed the desire to move forward ASAP in the hopes the drapes could be hung before Christmas. Truly outrageous of me. Apparently. I now have measurements that are useless to me because why would anyone in their right mind rely on someone else's information other than their own to create these drapes! I requested a refund since THEY have decided not to move forward and I received my $75 measurements instead.
