1st experienced Lovesac when I visited my cousin in Big Bear. Besides being very comfortable, he demonstrated how interchangeable it is. Within minutes, he would transform his L shaped sectional into a very wide & double deep guest rest. When it came time to replace my sofas, I knew I needed to check out a local Lovesac store. We have been to this store several times to sit in the sacks because they are so comfortable. Plus, there is always a cast of very hot women working there. This weeks task is to move out all the furniture from my office to make way for one of these bad boys and make it a TV room. The cast there is always nice, and knowledgeable, and encourage you to take a load off and try the sac's. Walking into Lovesac was an extraordinary experience. Although I did not go in planning to purchase any furniture, the benevolent salesman really drew me into learn more. Bryan was warm, enthusiastic, and informative all at once. He made my friend and I feel welcome, letting us sit in the various sized sacs and showing us different texture samples. What a great store! I visited this place a couple weeks back with my girlfriend and every positive review is totally true. The gentleman that helped us out was very helpful and man were these chairs super comfortable, they really arent like any bean bag chair that you have ever been in before they feel amazing. Shipped super quick (for what I expected) and was only hard to assemble because I'm pregnant, haha. I loved how easy the covers went on (if you follow the directions) and how easy it is to assemble in general. Any time we've every had to talk to customer service it was fair - not over the top amazing but definitely satisfactory. I remember the first time I walked into a LoveSac store (I believe at the Block), I had to have one of their lovely sacs! I have wanted a LoveSac for years, but we always had enough seating for ourselves and guests. Long story short, yesterday we had no furniture. Luckily, we are close to The Oaks store, and every time I have gone in their employees are very chill and willing to answer questions. Jordan was really cool as we needed a PillowSac today, if not yesterday, and given our unique position, he was able to help us out with our order. I can definitely appreciate the customer service :) I am really happy with my PillowSac and Rocker; it's everything I could hope for and more! Also, my cat loves it. read more

She did everything she could to help me and even called me and kept me updated with what was happening with my issue. Lovesac is one of the worst and most unethical business I have ever encountered. And the customer service is terrible. They supposedly have a policy where if the price lowers within 14 days they will credit you the difference. We purchased two sacs from the Oaks mall and within 14 days they went on an additional sale. I called the store and the person who answered the phone found my order and made the calculations and said I would be credited back $235.96 due to the price drop. When no credit appeared on my card, I called the store who said I had to deal with the main Lovesac customer service. Right then I knew this would be a pain. I had multiple email communications which for the most part went unanswered other than to say that credits can take time. I spoke to multiple representatives who each told me that processing the credits were backed up (total nonsense) and that it would come shortly. It never did. That was months ago. I have full written details confirming everything so before you decide to purchase one of these know what you are getting into and if you want to see my back and forth email history before deciding to purchase just reach out. Regarding the sacs themselves, they are ok - not worth the money unless they are at least 50% off but they are decent. They are very hard (not like the store) and you have to remove a lot of the foam to make them softer and more comfortable. And, once you get the right amount of foam removed they are pretty good but you have to move them around a lot to make them comfortable and they are heavy - so generally not worth the effort every time you want to lie down. read more

I walked by this store for months before I understood what they actually sold here. The other day I wandered in and was surprised by how comfortable this furniture is! The bean bags are actually filled with shredded memory foam, and the couches are totally modular. All the sales people are totally helpful and took apart a couch and showed me how everything works. It's an awesome concept and I was totally surprised by the quality of the product. They also offer a variety of different products ranging from throw pillows, to lamps and rugs. I'll definitely have to stop by and see what else they have in the next time I'm at the mall. read more

Went in the store with an idea of what I wanted. Once in there, I realized there was a wide variety of choices. The staff was very knowledgeable about the selection of fabrics and combinations you could get for a sectional couch. The staff didn't overwhelm me with choices, but helped me narrow down which sectional and fabric best suited my needs. I was in and out quickly and didn't feel rushed, even those I got there right as they were closing. I have a friend who had a sac that loved it, I don't have room for one, but am really excited to get my sectional. I've never had such a good experience buying furniture before. We purchased a lovesac from this location a couple weeks ago and although we love it, the customer service from certain employees is extremely offensive. When we first walked into the store, it was obvious no one was really interested in helping us unless they knew we were going to purchase it. Maybe it's because we're young, maybe it's because we weren't dressed in clothes from Nordstrom, I don't know, but they don't really care to help you unless you're throwing money at them. I get it, but come on. It took about 2 weeks to get our order in (which was communicated beforehand) and when we went to the store to pick it up, not a single greet from the girl at the front desk nor the male employee who was also there. They stand at the desk staring at the screen and look at you when you walk in, then put their heads down as if they're so swamped with work that it requires 2 employees to stare at an iPad. We had to walk up to the counter, they still didn't say a word to us and it was beyond awkward. They stared at us like 'what do you want?' When we said we were there to pick up our lovesac all of a sudden their moods changed and they had a personality. Honestly made me not want to ever purchase from here again. To be looked at or treated like 'eh, you look like you can't afford it so I'm not gonna attempt to help you' is just not right. read more

She showed me how to change the sactionals and how easy it was to fluff a sac.
