Communication is very clear and they'll deliver whatever it is that you're looking to accomplish. When you book a session through their app, you'll see that it's very easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. Once you pay, the session is locked in and you'll have a parking spot with your name on it waiting for you to show. So So the plug is a great guy and he is a super dope and well connected individual. I worked with Nick White (mixedbywhite) both sessions and he is fast and we got on the same wave lengths immediately. He catered to my needs and delivered excellent quality. It's hard to gel with a new engineer and we didn't have any frustrating or miscommunication moments. In fact, we had fun and that's what this is supposed to be about. There's good energy infused into their walls and they set the bar when it comes to recording. Cat was very helpful in answering questions, emails, and ensuring that our contract was completed. Nik, our photographer, was SO FUN to work with. He gave us kind, clear instructions, had excellent recommendations of locations and shots, and was responsive to our questions. He helped us laugh throughout the day while also capturing our love and the love of all our family and friends throughout the ceremony and reception. He also got about a dozen fully edited sneak peak photos to us only a week after our wedding and the photos are STUNNING! I am obsessed. Our videographer, Vi, was professional, courteous, and captured all of our special moments on video. We can't wait to see the edited products, and will update this review once we have received them! This company also includes access to raw footage for free (although we opted to pay for the hard drive of raw footage since that seemed easiest), which seems to be a rarity for wedding photographers and videographers.
