I first seeked her help to confirm my suspension of baby girl having a lip tie…read more She's was able to do home visits, which is so convenient for me as I'm home alone most days and taking her outside can be troublesome. She was very accommodating with scheduling too! After evaluation, she diagnosed my baby girl with lip tie and possibly a tounge tie. She showed me some exercises I can do daily to help with her oral functions and body tension. Shes suggested some dentists that shes seen procedure success in. She advised that its up to me if I want to do the lip tie procedure, and that oral exercises will need to be done after procedure so getting her use to exercises is important. And sometimes the exercises can significantly improve without needing the procedure. Shes also suggested nipple types I can try to help her latch better. Overall, after 3 sessions, baby girl has minimal clicking, better latch and slightly stronger tounge. Im still on the fence with the procedure, i know sooner the better, but if she continues to improve, I may forgo the procedure. Let's hope her 4 month regression does not undo all our hard work. I will revisit Stacy when baby girl starts solids.

I contacted her and she replied right away and came for a consultation the next day. She was able to find that my son had a severe lip tie and gave me the information to a dentist who could perform the procedure. She was so helpful throughout the session. She gave me tips and information I wish I had with my first son. I also really liked that she would let me know when she needed to fix my son and physically touch me. That made me feel very comfortable. She was also very patient while my son was so sleepy and we couldn't get him to wake up so that he would latch. She followed up with me a few days later to check in after my son's procedure and said to text her if I needed anything else. She also took precautions to protect us and herself from COVID which I appreciated.

Although they arrived about five minutes after our baby was born, I truly believe it was meant to be for my husband and I to be alone during the delivery of our 3rd baby. They immediately stepped in to complete all the postpartum care, made sure both baby and I were healthy, gave the vitamin K, weighed and examined the baby, helped clean everything up, and even got me showered and comfortably into bed.
