She is extremely caring, responsible, ethical, and knowledgeable about animal behavior. On several occasions, while we were away, she dealt with crazy situations in a smart, decisive way. We ended up with a termite infestation and were going to come home from another state. She told us to sit tight, and she would handle things, and she went above and beyond! Debbie and Matt are the absolute BEST! I first met them 16 years ago when I needed a dog walker for my labrador puppy. I hired Debbie to come walk Angus a few times a week while we were at work. Not only was Debbie extremely professional and reliable she would give me training tips how to walk Angus at heal and loved him like he was her own. Years went by and Angus grew up no longer needing the mid day walk. Angus was 14 when I called Debbie again as we were going on vacation and he was more comfortable staying home and I needed a sitter. I hired Debbie again to come see Angus 3 times a day and was so relieved she was there for him. It is hard leaving your senior dog but knowing Debbie was caring for him I was fine. My sister also uses Debbie for pet sitting and is very happy with the service. I requested a consultation and the couple seemed like nice people but I was a little concerned that their main conversation was about having my house key and how they would want a copy for their collection. When I asked why I thought once I had hired them they would return my key. They said you never know when we will be in the area and you might need us again. The person Matt showed me a whole key ring of keys of their clients and it made me nervous that he would be carrying my key around like that.
