My dogs would get so excited when I told them Bev was coming. As she took them to the van, they would love her up with licks. When she brought them back to the house, they were always soooo beautiful. The products she uses are great. When there was an occasional problem with the dogs, she took such good care of them. My dogs are now gone, I miss them so much, but I also miss my monthly 'dog chats' with Bev about all the cute dog stories of the past month. Highly recommend !!!!!

I can't stand when I have an appointment and the dog is there all day. I understand some shops work in that manner like an assembly line, but when dogs have anxiety, it's not a positive experience for them. We have 2 dogs which are rescues and don't do well with extended stays. So kudos to SD for sticking with appointments and getting the dogs out as fast as possible. 2nd - the shop doesn't smell like wet dog, they do their due diligence to ensure the place smells good and clean. 3rd - owner / employees, they're all sweet, they converse a bit and make you feel comfortable about leaving a piece of your family with them. 4th - fair pricing, some shops are ridiculous. 5th - they offer a good product. All in, we live close to the shop and happy with the service they provide.
