I took a 10 day road trip for the holidays and on day 3, one of my dogs started acting funny. He started vomiting, would not keep food down and was clearly sick. They were kind enough to take him to the emergency room for me ON NEW YEARS weekend. They also picked him up for me. I am pretty sure most other companies would have had me find a family member to do it because they wouldn't want the liability and/or made me leave the dog in the hospital for the remainder of the trip. Laura was the primary caretaker of the dogs and she went the extra mile (as always) to make sure the dogs were taken care of, new meds and all...and she cleaned up the endless mess that was made by the sick pup. I came home to a clean house and a well taken care of dog. Communication is ALWAYS top notch and they are very accommodating.
