He was able to pull a tooth that needed removal and save a bridge at the same time . It could have been a very costly visit . He is currently working up a few scenarios for me to choose from for my remaining dental work . It will be rather extensive work , but he is doing this to give me my best options at the most reasonable costs. I'm super happy with their service so far and absolutely recommend giving them a try . There are some outstanding dental practices in Liberty - do not waste your time on this one. This group of misfits are uneducated, unkind, argumentative, hateful, unqualified, and truly the bottom of the barrel. One final note: they submitted all charges to insurance, AND, they charged my father the full amount. He was overcharged - Beth (the incompetent office manager) - had to cut my father a refund check! Unfortunately, the work performed by Dr. Yip did not meet expectations, and I ultimately had to seek care from my previous dentist to have the issue properly corrected. I was a patient in this office for years when the Dentist was Dr, Scott Keith and they were a marvelous office in every way. Then he sold the practice and the new owner became deceptive to patients. I had new dental insurance and I called the office and talked with Nicole to confirm they took this insurance. My primary interest was in getting my teeth cleaned but they told me I needed to have a dental exam in conjunction with the cleaning. I asked Nicole to check with the Insurance company to be sure that the cleaning as well as the exam were going to be covered. She guaranteed me that the insurance company had assured her twice that this was the case. She did this twice on the phone and again in person when I arrived at the office. I showed up for the Appt and they took x-rays and then the dentist came in to show me a cavity. Then I was escorted to the front desk where a treatment plan was presented to me that included this cavity and. a "deep cleaning". There was going to be a charge for the "deep cleaning" of hundreds of Dollars. I asked to return to the hygienist so that she could complete the basic cleaning. I was told no. Then the hygienist finally came out and also said NO. I did not get the service I had made the appt for. To me this is the basic "bait and switch" and it is quite clear they never intended to complete the basic cleaning that I had made the appt for. and clearly intended to upsell me to a "deep cleaning" There are many dental offices in the greater Phoenix area who are honest and treat patients with respect. This is not one of them

Five Stars hands down…read more Growing up, I never liked going to the dentist. But who does? Me. Since coming to Lillus McAllisters office when I was 13, I have loved coming and getting my teeth cleaned and/or worked on here. The ladies in the office always make it a point to know their patients. It's nice to walk in and they tell you good morning by your name. Their office has a nice modern decor with each of the dental rooms being a really creative color coordinating style. I'd recommend them to everyone.

The service here was amazing. They got me in right at my appointment time which is rare these days. My teeth felt nice and new after. I also had to get fillings here and it was my best experience yet. Can't recommend this office enough.
