Then two guys at the entrance do not give the car a "once over" with a brush to loosen dirt. A man on the driver's side Sprays water on the Driver's Side, windshield and hood, while the guy on the passenger side, lazily rubs a brush "around" the passenger side and back window. Forget about "Wheel Clean", total waste. Read on... There is no discernible difference between the basic $6.00 wash and the most expensive wash. 2) I tried the more expensive wash with Wheel Clean and Tire Shine. 3) Tires were shiny, but faded two days later and the equipment within the wash bay is insufficient in cleaning the dissolved grime from my late model cars wheels, leaving them a dripping, Filthy mess of black, wet, running, dripping slop. Never again. The wheels should be scrubbed upon entry, and wheel cleaner applied FIRST, with jets to rinse them. 4) There is no provision for tipping at the Credit Card machine upon entering, so if you decide to just get a quick wash and have no cash or a large bill, the guys at the end, get $0 and like it. Who knows if anything is really even being applied, all I see are signs that light informing us of "PROTECTANT APPLICATION" and so on...who knows if it's not just a light. Very upset about the lazy "wheel clean". If I go back at all, I'll get nothing but the $5.46 or whatever it is, wash, rather than come out with missed spots and a disastrous dripping wheel mess. Lazy and feels like a rip off. The free vacuums are nice, but they make it up by the cheap and expensive job on the wash. No way Jose. Get your shit together.

I believe the attendant may have called you already but I was hoping you could give me an eta on when you might get here? Him: he did call me. He told you to wait. Are you waiting there like a good boy? Are you? Good. Bye. Whatever I shrugged off the attitude (I mean I am a psych nurse, I've heard worse). He arrives later, says he'll give me my money back for the wash but nothing else. I say okay fine give me my money back, that's a start. Then. He. Walks. Away. He refused to live up to even refunding me a 19$ car wash fee. Refused to do an incident report. PHYSICALLY THREATENED ME without any provocation on my end - again I work in psych and I know how not to escalate situations. I had to call the police; thank you Suffern PD for arriving so quickly. (I had everything recorded on my dash cam thankfully). I had them file a report so there would be some paper trail for my small claims court lawsuit. I explained it was a brand new car and although did want a regular detail which included wash, vacuum, shampoo carport dash doors shine inside wax and tires. I didn't need the extensive detailed. They told me to bring it in and they would look at it and give me a price. I went in yesterday morning and got they looked at it and said they could do it and would give me a good price.
