Ron did an unbelievable job in detailing my daughter's car. She was away for the past few months and we discovered that mice moved in. We found 2 dead mice and a nest. I've never smelt anything more awful in my life than the inside of the car. I tried everything- followed all the instructions i found on the internet- and it wouldn't budge. I really thought I'd have to sell the car for parts- it was that bad. My mom recommended I try Jeter's and I'm so grateful- Rob completely saved the car. It was late in the day and they were detailing their last car of the evening. My truck was a mess and desperately needed a wash. Adrianna and Dan were amazing and more than happy to stay a little late and squeeze one last wash in. This is a true Hand Wash! From top to bottom my Ram 1500 was scrubbed clean with the attention given to the hard to reach spots that automatic car washes just don't reach. During the wash Dans son also jumped in and gave a hand. While they washed my car they all engaged in friendly conversation and even helped me to book a last minute appointment with a local barber. I stumbled across this gem while looking for another car wash. This is a family run business (father and his 2 sons). They run their detailing operation like a well oiled machine. Every crew member knew what to do and it was like watching a pit crew at the Indianapolis 500 working over my vehicle. They go so far as to color code their towel so that different colors are only used for specific parts of a car (and they wash colors separately). They inspect every detail before you leave to make sure their is no grime or imperfection from their work. If all businesses had this dedication and ability it would be great. read more

Found Jeter's on amazon local and figured I would give them a try. It's right around the corner from my job so it was super convienient to drop my jeep off and come back after 5pm. Doesn't look like much from the outside or inside but thats beyond the point bc they do an AMAZING job! It's a family run and owned business and I was very happy to give them my patronage, as well as spread the word to family and friends about the great job and professional attitude. My jeep was shining and clean from the inside, out. Tires dressed, interior wiped down and vaccuumed, great wax. Was the most detailed cleaning I have ever seen. After this long winter and ridic amount of salt my jeep has acquired, I'm already planning to return late March to get another thorough wash and wax. Absolutely recommend Jeter's! read more

Paid extra for shampooing interior seats - they did not perform this service at all. They damped the seats a little so it felt a wet, but it was not clean. They didn't even bother vacuuming it before damping. There were still crumbs and dirt on the seats after their full detailing and shampooing. The back carpet was also missing and when I called them, they said sorry - didn't see it. I never taken out of my car! Don't take your money there - they are cheaters and liars and not worth the aggravation. read more

I just picked up my 2013 Audi A6 after a full detailing. It was a great experience with some truly special people. It is a family business with all the pride and attention to detail that that encompasses. Mom made my appointment and the father and son team took care of me from the moment I drove through the door until I picked up my car. Great communications, top notch service and expert detailing at a very reasonable price. I've looked over the car three times already since I got home and I'm still finding little details I didn't notice in the shop, like the brake rotors, gas filler hatch, seat belt strap and every interior nook and cranny. Groupon Beware: went to these guys once and they did a solid job. Tried to book a full detail today and they were booked solid and asked if I could do tomorrow, but I work in the city so not possible. Then they have me 12 noon on Saturday. When they asked me what type of detail, I said "whatever level the $80 ($160 value) Groupon is good for. Then they said I was not possible and that they would call me back to schedule. Later a woman called and went to Voicemail saying that they could at the soonest book me on July 28th....today is June 22nd!!!! I understand people can overcommit on Groupons, but PLEASE add language to the Groupon that let's the customer know....36 days to wait for a wash is unacceptable. Again, good results last time and they would still have my business, but paid a little more at a competitor that had me in and out by 4:30 today! read more

It was not my first trip there as I like to take my car there once a year in order to have a good wash. But with that smell, it needed an amazing wash. And it's just what I got. Wow!!!! My car was completely disgusting...I have a 120 pound slobbering pitbull who often rides in the car. The seats were drooly and muddy. On top of that I'm a dog groomer and am always covered with dog hair after work. Jeters came highly recommend so I made an appointment. When I picked it up I couldn't believe it was the same car! It LITERALLY looked brand new. It was completely spotless. I have cloth seats and they must have used some sort of sorcery to get those stains out. Had a great experience at Jeter's Car Wash. I am someone who meticulously cleans their car inside and out. This is the only car wash facility that exceeded my expectations. They pay attention to the details that go into a hand car wash. They take their time vacuuming, washing the exterior, cleaning the wheels, etc. If you do not have the time to wait for a proper car wash then this isn't the place for you. Highly recommended. A slight downside to this location is that they have a small facility with limited parking and waiting area. However, they make it up with their services. read more

I've had 3 different cars detailed in the past 2 years by Jeters that were coming off lease and I needed to get them looking good for inspection. They worked really hard on them and made them look like new. Small scratches came out and the inside looked perfect without the toxic smell that some detail companies leave inside. They charge about $150 to $200 for the top of the line detail which is worth every cent. When I had lease inspection done the inspector who was a little napoleon said that he only sees about 5% of inspections in this good of condition. If he had seen it before Jeter had cleaned it I know I would be paying at least a thousand dollars to the lease company. I highly recommend these guys. They will also do a basic inside and out for about $80 to $100 if you're a meat freak and want everything looking awesome all the time. I've had them do a few basics when I have a wedding to go to or something formal. You can't go wrong with Jeter. read more

Joined Yelp to just to review these guys, awesome service, had not visited in years and they are still as good if not better than before. These guys do not skimp on the details, they wash every visible part of the car, interior was just as good. What I really liked was that they used microfiber to both wash and dry the car which really helps keeping the swirl marks down on your paint, some other hand wash places still use brushes on your car. Definitely recommend them and will surely be going back! read more
