We were told to go here by our family who lives near. This place is way less expensive than in VA . Looks new, Super clean!!! It was efficient and cleaned the suv quickly. Men working not children who seem to hate work. These guys pre-spray, scrubbed before the wash, then cloth dried nicely. INSUFFICIENT Pre-scrub upon entry*** NYACK LOCATION: 5 POLHEMUS STREET. This is a major issue with having a clean vehicle. Then two guys at the entrance do not give the car a "once over" with a brush to loosen dirt. A man on the driver's side Sprays water on the Driver's Side, windshield and hood, while the guy on the passenger side, lazily rubs a brush "around" the passenger side and back window. Forget about "Wheel Clean", total waste. Read on... There is no discernible difference between the basic $6.00 wash and the most expensive wash. 2) I tried the more expensive wash with Wheel Clean and Tire Shine. 3) Tires were shiny, but faded two days later and the equipment within the wash bay is insufficient in cleaning the dissolved grime from my late model cars wheels, leaving them a dripping, Filthy mess of black, wet, running, dripping slop. Never again. The wheels should be scrubbed upon entry, and wheel cleaner applied FIRST, with jets to rinse them. 4) There is no provision for tipping at the Credit Card machine upon entering, so if you decide to just get a quick wash and have no cash or a large bill, the guys at the end, get $0 and like it. Who knows if anything is really even being applied, all I see are signs that light informing us of "PROTECTANT APPLICATION" and so on...who knows if it's not just a light. Very upset about the lazy "wheel clean". If I go back at all, I'll get nothing but the $5.46 or whatever it is, wash, rather than come out with missed spots and a disastrous dripping wheel mess. Lazy and feels like a rip off. The free vacuums are nice, but they make it up by the cheap and expensive job on the wash. No way Jose. Get your shit together. read more

I love this place. It's so convenient. I love that I don't have to get out of my car and everything is quick and automated. The people are nice but sometimes you just want to get in and out-it's perfect for that. The price is right with the club membership. I also love the free vacuums. Last week I was driving to work when I found I had a flat tire. My AAA membership had run out. I pulled into the parking lot for Soft Cloth Car Wash in Nyack, NY to change it. I'm not as young as I used to be, and I was haing trouble with my scissor jack when I heard someone coming up behind me. I thought I was going to be asked to leave, but it was George, the manager there, with a big smile. He had a floor jack, and helped me out. George removed the nuts, but the wheel wouldn't budge, it was rusted tight. Two other gentlemen came, one banged the wheel with a hammer getting it free, and the other took it and patched it so I wouldn't have to use the doughnut. I offered a gratuity, but no one would take it. Everyone was so friendly, they really saved me. My car and I love this car wash! My car comes out super clean, I heard this carwash doesn't recycle the dirty water back onto the cars and that's why the cars always come out the cleanest! Most car washes recycle the dirty water from the pit from old cars, but this car wash doesn't! I usually leave with no water marks and the Rainex works very well. This place is still terrible. So I decided out of desperation to try this car wash again. The guy who took my money (I also gave a $1 tip by the way for a $14 car wash) washed one side of the car the other one was too busy texting someone on his cell phone to even notice my car. When I tried to say something I was again told to close my window. And the carwash started. Once I was through and drove away my windshield was still dirty as well as the grill on my car and there was still bird poop on the back window. Horrible service. DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more

I've given this place numerous opportunities to prove themselves as a worthwhile car wash. Every time my vehicle leaves, although somewhat clean, there is still a lot of residue left over from bird doo-doo. For the ultimate $11 dollar package I expect a much cleaner car. zero stars! Be careful if you have a pre-paid card. He asked what I wanted, I told him regular wash ($5), but when I looked at my receipt he charged me$7, but put on my windshield "card, regular". He refunded my $2, but told me he'd have to give me the deluxe because he couldn't change it! This is not the first time I had a problem. First time I had them wash the undercarriage and was charged for it when I got home and checked, they never washed the undercarriage. read more

I would pay anything really to have the car actually cleaned. It could be better, there was dirt still inside the car when I left. Some drips after the rinse also weren't dried all they way and I left with streaks running down the windows. Not terrible but if you're a car fanatic you this may not be the place. read more
