Come to find out my self fix didn't work due to user error(oops) and he got it working in minutes. Not only that,my front door has been sticking forever and he fixed that too! The technician arrived on time, was courteous, told me his name, and had me back in my front door in less than 10 minutes. I was charged exactly as much as I was told over the phone. Excellent service!
