We acknowledged there had been some miscommunication between parties around the area to be covered in turf, and I agreed to pay the increase to keep things moving. Unfortunately, moments later he walked off the job with no communication and did not answer or return my calls. Lowcountry Artificial Turf could provide proper documentation on coverage with quotes in the future to prevent mishaps. But more importantly, the company should treat customers more professionally rather than leaving a job without notice or communication. The biggest implication for us was burning several months with a partner who's now significantly delayed our project.
