When I mentioned the credit, they regrouped and told me to email the credit department. I emailed the credit department and attached dad's death certificate as requested. The automated reply says they'll get back within 3 business days. It's been almost 2 weeks (over 7 business days). Nothing! Meanwhile, the power to dad's house has been shut off. Tech sat in front of my house for 15 minutes. Made no attempt to contact me. Then left and canceled my order. Was I supposed to throw rocks at his van? Contract a messenger hawk? Called Citizens and they said I'm SOL, will have to reschedule. Guess it's another week of microwave dinners. If there were any other provider available, I'd go to them in a heartbeat.

The business is usually not busy at all, just a few walk-ins, as most people take care of their bills online, or thru the mail instead of in person. This company has been long time owned by the Wortman family, and is now operated by the founders grandson. If you live in one of their areas, this is where you get your natural gas piped into your home or business from. Parking is either on the street or across the street in a public parking area.
