After my friend calling them and feeling embarrassed at doing so they eventually admitted they couldn't find any of those items!!! And offered a measly $500 compensation, the coat alone was over $500 !! Shaun was dealing with this issue and I believe they should pay her more for the total loss of her possessions as they should be held responsible for the loss. Surely a company that stores household belongings due to fire , flood etc should keep an inventory of what was removed from any property. I honestly never imagined a service like this existed, much less that someone could make the process of leaving a home we had lived in for 30 years feel this manageable. We were moving from our 4,000-square-foot family home in Indiana to Florida. Thirty years in one house means thirty years of furniture, dishes, books, artwork, closets, memories and all the things a family somehow accumulates along the way. The thought of sorting, pricing, selling, donating and clearing all of it ourselves was overwhelming. Then came Dan and Blue Moon Estate Sales. We chose what mattered most to us, packed what we wanted to take to Florida, said goodbye to our home and left. We never had to go back. Blue Moon took it from there. They transformed our home into what looked like a beautifully staged boutique. They organized and priced virtually everything, conducted the sale and generated well over $10,000 in sales. Their percentage was money I was genuinely happy to pay, and we still walked away with a very nice check. But what impressed me most was what happened after the sale. Everything that remained was cleared from the house and donated, and we received documentation for the donations. They even arranged for someone to deep-clean the entire house from top to bottom for an extremely reasonable price. That kind of service is difficult to put a value on. We did have painting, flooring, carpeting and some contractor work done separately to prepare our particular home for market. Our wonderful Realtor, Jada Sparks Greene, became our eyes, ears and project manager after we left and oversaw all of that work. Between Jada and Dan at Blue Moon, they accomplished something I genuinely didn't think was possible: we moved to Florida and never had to return to the house to prepare it for sale. Today, as I write this, our first open house is taking place. For anyone facing a move, downsizing, settling an estate or simply wondering how on earth they are going to deal with a house full of belongings, please know that you don't necessarily have to do all of the heavy lifting yourself, physically or emotionally. We were able to take the things that were most important to us, say a fond goodbye to the rest, and feel grateful that things we had loved and used for years could now find new homes and serve someone else. That was our experience with Blue Moon, and I will be forever grateful for it. Dan and his team didn't simply run an estate sale. They gave us a way to close a 30-year chapter of our lives with far less stress, and then helped us walk into the next one. Five stars doesn't quite cover it.

I found the rooms to be well organized and items marked appropriately .......obviously BLue Moon has no control over the contents of the sale....some are better than others....some with many high end items and some with older, dated items. I have got to know the company owners and they have even contacted me before when they knew I was interested in a item that maybe didn't sell yet. I will continue to follow their sales...its always a fun day ! I always purchase more than I went there for !

There were 3 men that showed for the entire week. One who worked the equipment in the ceiling, one who worked the equipment on the ground and a younger man who went behind and cleaned the vents and returns. From my perspective, this is the most thorough any company has cleaned our vents. Not only did they vacuum out the ducts, they covered the vents prior, so debris would not come flying out and make a mess (which no other company had done). Then they followed with vacuuming the exterior of the exhaust vents and then used a spray cleaner to clean the exterior of all the vents and returns. They may have even done more, but being a commercial job, I didn't follow them around and see all that they did. I also did not have any personal interaction with them. But I can say, the vents in our 35 year old building have never been cleaner, and they didn't make a mess while doing their job either. Even though they may seem higher priced than other companies, you definitely get what you pay for. And Alpine does an excellent job! Definitely hire Alpine for your residential and commercial needs.
