We were referred to this nursery by our landscaper. Luckily we only live 45 minutes from this…read morenursery. I wanted to plant a small Christmas tree and some small bush for our family cabin. The staff were very knowledgeable and patient as we looked through their wide selection before deciding on what we wanted. We finally decided on a Colorado Blue Spruce Tree and some Juniper. They even gave us the instructions on how to plant the trees as well as tips for future care. Their prices were not as pricey as other locations. We loved both selections and are excited to see the growth in the future. As time passes we'll come back to add some more trees and plants for our property. Thank you to all the staff who helped us.

Her excitement about the different trees available made the tour all the more enjoyable! The inventory of trees, shrubs, and flowers is quite extensive! We were even encouraged to contact Alisa to let her know that we would send her an email with pictures of our yard and she would then make suggestions as to what would work well! Great! For…read morethe past 10 years since I discovered they ship boxwood stems for a Christmas event I organize for friends, I've also ordered my front door wreath and roping for front door and lamp post as well as my mantle greenery. It has always arrived fresh , well made and full! Shipping may be a little pricey but well worth it in my opinion to order where you know everything is fresh and well made! Each Christmas, I organize a group of 5 friends who gather to make boxwood tabletop trees ( all while enjoying cocktails)using boxwood tips supplied by Gardens of the Blue Ridge. Again their product is packed and shipped with care and arrives fresh as can be! I've spoken with several employees including Katy and Savannah regarding delivery issues, not on their end but UPS' and everyone has been , pleasant and helpful with great follow through. I highly recommend this supplier... beautiful fresh greens!

I sent my mother flowers for her birthday, and not only is it almost 2 hours past the guaranteed delivery time and they're still not there-she called me to tell me she'd been "driving around for almost 2 hours because she couldn't find the house from her GPS. That in and of itself doesn't warrant a 1 star review though. What turns this into a 1 star review is how unbelievably rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional this woman was to me on the phone. I had my mother call this woman back to give "Tammy" directions to the house, and not 5 minutes later my poor mom calls me back to tell me that the woman had been really ugly to her on the phone too! This was supposed to be a nice surprise for my mother on her birthday-but it's now been practically ruined by this woman's bizarre behavior. I will NEVER use this florist ever again, and if you expect even the most basic customer service experience-you won't either.

I was asked whether I wanted a credit (no, I didn't buy them) and said I would like replacement flowers. The florist delivered 5 fully opened roses, nothing close to the color or type of flowers that had wilted. It was if they said we can get rid of these roses that are close to gone and make it right. Not even close. I saw what the flowers cost and can tell you I will never order or recommend this florist.
