This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Nobody will answer the phone. Or return phone calls. They offer free lifetime refinancing, but good luck getting it. If I could leave negative stars I would. Stay far far away from these people. read more

Lower.com is by far the WORST company we have EVER worked with. They do not reply to you when you need answers and if they do reply, you get a text saying "I do not know but I can get an answer for you by 12pm tomorrow" - then it will be 6pm the next day, everyone will be out of the office and you will still not have an answer. Jade Brown was extremely disrespectful and uneducated about the whole process. Everything she said was a lie to get us off the phone. She fired our loan officer and didn't even have the decency to tell us until 2 days later when we asked her what happened. We went that long with no contact from Lower.com after they missed our closing date. They lie, manipulate and delay your entire process because they are unprofessional and completely disrespectful. They just want your money and will never do a single helpful thing for you. Timothy Levone Hinton was fired during our loan process and I'm pretty sure that was because the lack of service we received and I will NEVER allow anyone to ever work with this company that I care about. Jade told me she thought we closed 2 different times and was unaware that we STILL didn't close. We had no loan officer at all at the end and she was responsible for what happened and still didn't know anything going on. I am disgusted with her work, and everyone else involved. This is the worst company ever. Their communication is horrible. They gave my personal number to another customer for a call back. The employees there are not well trained. They also messed up my file. Don't even bother trying to get information it May be inaccurate. read more

***STAY AWAY FROM LOWER.COM, THEY HAVE NO HONOR OR INTEGRITY*** I have never dealt with a worse company. Do not trust them with a refi, loan, or anything. I am a Afghanistan war vet. 100% American, an infantryman who fought for the country that allows inept company's like LOWER.com to screw up peoples lives. I went through the whole refi process twice... the first time ended in Apr/2021 when all paperwork was done and my credit score at the time was 770. Adam Holbrook told me over the phone all we were waiting for is the underwriter to finish writing up the paperwork and not to make anymore payments to my mortgage company because they're writing that company a check for the exact amount owed. I payed my original company at the end of may because I hadn't heard from Lower.com. I contacted them and I was told they had closed the file on my refi, I was never told a thing and I have e-mails and text messages to provide documentation. My credit score is now 622 because I tried lower.com read more

The refinance process was fairly easy. However within six months our loan has now been transferred three times. The last transfer was within Lower.com division however they cannot find the payment after 20 days of it transferring from their division. The staff have been nice however it is frustrating I would not recommend this company. read more
