Plus it is the worst piece of furniture I have ever bought. I paid too much money for them to be treating me like I m the problem. I only weigh less than a 100 lbs. The one older man Jim I be asked if I m the only one that sits on that side. As he thinks a bigger person sits on it just rude. they are not nice business people. I just wanted my couch taken care of. they are not nice people. I just needed them to make it right, as things are not cheap. Now they want to charge me almost 200 if they have to keep coming out. the repair guy and one of the owners said it cost them too much to keep coming back. what the heck. I did hang up on them because I m just frustrated with companies not taking care of their customers. I would not buy anything again from them. If you want junk and supposedly professional service then there's your place. I definitely stay clear and don't shop there. And they are very patronizing I can't stand that. Companies should take care of stuff they sell Nothing else. The owner also said Lazy boy will not send us any more foam for my couch plus he doesn't get his money back, why sell stuff like that then? Came in this store when they opened. Walked in and two guys helped me right away. I told them what I needed and they showed me one and went online to show me what was available in stock. They gave me a great deal and free delivery that day! Since it was urgent they got it to me at 3pm that day and no issues! Would definitely come here again and the chair has all the options: lift, recline, massage and heat! My parents were very happy and this chair is definitely a life savor. Ultimately I decided to use their services. Mimi said they would pick up and deliver. We told her the rugs would be stired and asked about wrapping/packing for storage. She said once they had the rugs the rugs would be photographed, inspected and I would recieve an email with pricing, and repair possibilities. She said the rugs would be packed.None of this happened. I got a call 2 weeks after pick up saying rug were ready for delivery and cost owed for cleaning. I was perplexed and surprised since I had NOT heard anything and told Mimi so. When delivered they were NOT packed for storage. When I spoke with Mimi denied having said any of it. Get everything in in writing about what is going to take place.
