Came in this store when they opened. Walked in and two guys helped me right away. I told them what I needed and they showed me one and went online to show me what was available in stock. They gave me a great deal and free delivery that day! Since it was urgent they got it to me at 3pm that day and no issues! It came in a month earlier, but either the owner, Jeremy, or his assistant, wasn't satisfied with the finishing. They sent it back for refinishing. Good luck having a large store do that. We love the way the draws close. Very smooth. I'd like to add an additional comment on the dining set, see our previous post. We now use it daily and it cleans beautifully. Just a drop of water on a microfiber cloth. Of great importance, if one of the chairs should be damaged, (very unlikely)you can just order another one. I have seen numerous complaints from customers of large furniture stores, stating that when they wanted a replacement, the item was no longer available. That's a big advantage in ordering custom handmade furniture.
